- Per the Cowpens POA, golf carts are not permitted for guests or renters in the Cowpens area
- Access to Edingsville Beach through the gate is pedestrian-only. Vehicle access through Jeremy Cay is strictly prohibited
- Violation of Cowpens POA rules may result in immediate removal without refund
- No boat ramp access is available on the property. Contact Carolina One for additional information on creek and beach access
