We really enjoyed our stay at Neutral Ground! The view was the best thing about it. Some electrical issues were not the best, but we made do. But being with family was what it was all about. They also will be working on those issues. I would definitely rent it again.

Easy check in, house was clean and all set up. Wifi worked great. House layout was perfect for our family. All amenities were as advertised. Easy beach access, great view.

The staff was super responsive and accommodating to our requests and we were able to extend beyond one week in this oceanfront location. We have rented several times from them and this is their modus operandi. The house had a wonderful location and was like a 1960-70’s time capsule in decor with updated kitchen and doors and windows. The linens were above average for a linen service and we prefer to bring our own but fully appreciate their desire to keep everything guaranteed up to quality standards. The house could use a few splatter screens , bathroom faucet tightening , toilet seat tightening and tweaking of the front storm door. Great place and great part of the island.

This was our third visit to Neutral Ground and we again were very pleased and enjoyed our stay. The new upgrades were a plus. Also, kudos to the cleaning crew! The cottage is always clean and the service of linens supplied is a very nice added feature. Hope to see you again in the Fall.

Edisto is my favorite place to spend my vacation! My family and I have found the perfect house for us with little children to stay. I will keep coming back to Edisto Beach as long as possible.

Was impressed with the cleanliness of the cottage. Also the furnished sheets and towels were of a nice quality. Unit does need some upgrades, such as ceiling fans in two of the bedrooms and a couple of the electrical outlets did not work. Cottage has a comfortable lay out and is furnished well. This was our second time staying at Neutral Ground and hope to stay there next year on our visit to Edisto
