Our vacation was fabulous and we couldn't have asked for more beautiful weather. Absolutely loved SeaGrass!! We have been coming to Edisto for 6 years now and this was by far our favorite beach house EVER!! The location is absolutely perfect, literally right across Palmetto is beach access. We also loved the huge screened in porch upstairs for morning coffee and and listening to the ocean and the one downstairs to enjoy some games and some serious ping pong tournaments lol. The house was very clean and well maintained and is very spacious, loved all of the decor,a fabulous kitchen that is well stocked, TV's in all of the bedrooms and a ton of games and books and we even collected some shells to add to the shell bowl in the living room. With all that being said, we really only had ONE complaint, we originally knew this was the right house as soon as we saw the basketball hoop outside because our son plays and the hoop was in all of the outside driveway pics and we even went and bought a new outside ball for our son to bring and we pulled up to NO hoop, our son was so disappointed. But other than the hoop not being there everything was great. We would most definitely stay here again.

We are so glad the location, screened porches, well-stocked kitchen, and all those games and books made for such a memorable week for your family. Those ping pong tournaments sound like a highlight! We do want to address the basketball hoop - we sincerely apologize for the confusion and your son's disappointment. The goal was removed earlier this year and we are already working to ensure it is removed from the property photos so future guests have accurate expectations going in. We cannot wait to welcome your family back to Edisto for year seven and beyond!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Edisto! This is a great location to be close to restaurants and the beach!! We do wish the beds were a little bit more comfortable, but we still had a great time!!

We really enjoyed our stay. It rained every day but the host had many games and other things to do. We had great family time. Very clean and was nice to sit on screened porch and see the ocean. Great for big family fun. Look forward to coming back

Property very clean and sanitized, a complete kitchen with everything we need. Spacious bedrooms. We loved the porches all around the house with great view to the ocean and creek. We enjoyed our stay.

We love coming to seagrass every year for our annual family gathering at Edisto. We love the location and the house. Very accommodating. Love the kitchen redo and the new washer and dryer. Unfortunately, someone had broken the dryer door prior to our arrival. I really wish guest would treat the house with respect and take better care of things. We have many fond memories made at seagrass and hope to come back for many years to come!

Excellent, comfortable, well-furnished home with a great layout and short walk to beach. Our kids really enjoyed the ping-pong table, corn hole, basketball goal, and putting green.

We really enjoyed our stay at SeaGrass at Edisto Beach! We had a few minor maintenance issues that we found upon arrival, but the crew at Carolina One had them all fixed within the day! The location of the house is fantastic - you are right around the corner from some shops and restaurants, and the beach access is a short walk across the road. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family enjoyed our time in SeaGrass. Need some measuring spoons and cups, but most items in the kitchen were what we needed. Really appreciate that linens are provided.
