We have stayed here a few times now and always enjoy the time spent with family. The Pink Flamingo is very well equipped and comfortable. The layout is perfect for a family. Carolina One is very easy to work with and very friendly.

Our family really enjoyed the house, especially sitting on the screen porch in the evening watching the sunsets over the marsh. We really appreciate the owner also allowing us to bring the extra dogs.

⸻ 🌴 5 Stars – The Pink Flamingo: Where Flamingos Don't Fly, but You Might from Relaxation Overload 🦩 If Martha Stewart and Jimmy Buffett had a lovechild and handed it a label maker, it would be the Pink Flamingo on Edisto Island. Let's start with the essentials: this place is stocked. I mean, I opened a drawer expecting chaos and instead found order, beauty, and a tiny label that said “Spoons – Small, but Mighty.” I wept. The whole place is cleaner than a germaphobe's daydream. You could eat off the floors, but you won't need to—because the counters are spotless and should have been conveniently labeled “Counter: Eat Here.” Getting to the beach? Easy. Hop in the golf cart (rented)and zip over like you're on a tropical secret agent mission (but, like, one where the only objective is “beach nap”). Sunsets? Don't even get me started. I saw colors I didn't know existed. The kind of view that makes you question every life choice that didn't end with “move to Edisto and become a professional hammock tester.” Now, the grill. Sigh. It's not the burly backyard beast you may have dreamed of. Let's just say it had the energy of a middle-aged dad after mowing the lawn—trying, but clearly wanting a nap. You'll get your burgers, just maybe not with grill marks worthy of a Food Network close-up. But honestly? Who cares. With everything else this place offers, I'd forgive it if the grill came with one lone match and a note that said, “Good luck.” All in all, the Pink Flamingo is a pink-feathered paradise. Just bring your own grill bravado—and maybe a backup lighter. We will definitely rent again for our growing family! ⸻

Depending on Carolina One or Pink Flamingo. Rental company is excellent in ease of using, answering all questions, responsive to any call given. The house was exactly what we needed bringing a dog, owners thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay, was very clean inside. Under house did not use and would not use shower, used hose for rinsing us and dog. But otherwise would stay there again. Thank you.

My husband and I have been coming to Edisto for years and this house was one of the most comfortable and well stocked homes we have ever stayed at. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, a well stocked and organized kitchen. The screened in porch was a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee and watch the marsh birds. A fantastic vacation and we hope to come back soon!

The Pink Flamingo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The house had all of the amenities that you'd want, plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and many kitchen comforts like spices, foil, etc. The layout was open and perfect for hanging out as a family. The bedrooms and baths were excellent. The decks, car port, and grills made our stay very enjoyable.

We loved the house no bugs which was a super super please for us !!! Only think we had a complete about is we thought it could have used a newer refrigerator.. but other than that greatly happy….

We have never stayed this far back to Jungle Road but it was ideal! The breeze and the view were wonderful. We saw many deer and birds during our stay. The house was very clean and roomy and we had a big selection of cooking supplies! It was nice to have upstairs bedrooms and one bedroom downstairs! We all loved The Pink Flamingo!
