Professionally decorated with coastal decor. Enjoy views from the surrounding lagoons. Relax on your screen porch featuring a Charleston day bed for those lazy summer afternoons. The kitchen is fully stocked, allowing the whole family to enjoy and easily cooked meal at the dining table.
The primary suite is located on the first floor with a King Bed, large screen TV and access to the open deck overlooking the lagoon. The en suite, primary bath has a large walk in shower with custom tile. Upstairs you will find three additional bedrooms each with large screen TVs and queen beds. Guest Suite one has walk in shower. Guest Suite two and three share third bathroom with custom tile walk in shower.
Located in a quiet setting on a cul-de-sac with a short beach walk (five minute walk) and a three minute walk to the pool.

Includes outdoor shower in garage, free parking, fresh linens and towels, washer and dryer, an initial starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans.

NOTE: Non Smoking Property. No Pets allowed. Fireplace not available for guest use. Property does not have an elevator. MUST be 25 years or older to rent.
