Retreat 7B - Jubilee

I've raised my kids on summer vacations at The Retreat condos and they're adults now. I truly think we've stayed in all of them at some point with the exception of 1 or 2 maybe. However The Jubilee 7-B is just so pretty and comfortable on the inside. The furnishings allow us to have the same options we do at home. It's comfortable and cozy. We even found complimentary aloe that my husband desperately needed after day 1. The condo is just “home” when you go in. The owners make sure you literally have almost anything you need and there is always a “thank you for staying at our condo” gift!! That's never happened before at the others. We've stayed here 2 years in a row and plan to make it 3. Beautiful place, line owners and Carolina Realty makes it easy to book, arrive and enjoy.

This is our second time staying in this same unit. The unit itself is clean and the amenities available are great. Just a short walk to the beach, shopping, and amazing restaurants on the island. Would highly recommend and plan to come back soon.

Retreat 7B - Jubilee is our favorite. This was our second time staying in this unit and we already booked it again for next year. The owners go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Check-in through check-out was seamless through Carolina One. Thank you!

We've been going to Edisto and staying at different condos in the Retreat since the late 90's and this is one of the more beautifully decorated and furnished. The owners left us a Welcome basket with pottery coasters which we were thrilled with and lots of instructions for what we could use in the condo, the grill, laundry, etc... Beautiful place. We would love to stay again.

This unit is by far our favorite at The Retreat. We have stayed in 2 different units previously. This unit is very well kept and you can tell that the owners not only want comfort for themselves when they visit but that the want their guests to be comfortable during their stay as well. Kitchen is very well stocked with all needed items if you plan to cook on your stay and all appliances are very well kept as well.

This condo was amazing! Not only is it beautifully decorated, clean and updated, it is wonderfully equipped. The small things did not go unnoticed. We loved the Bath and Body Works soaps, K pods available, soft blankets and comfortable beds. We had an amazing stay in Edisto. We will definitely stay here again!

We have a wonderful time - condo was clean, beautiful furnishings and everything for a great vacation. Short walk to pool and beach access. Close to shopping and restaurants as well.

Excellent accommodations, unit was found nice and clean. Check in was very easy. Only issues I had was with the TV service, I'm not a fan of Samsung plus TV just my opinion units should have either cable or satellite. Especially this time of year during college football season. Also, it only worked in the living area. other than that, the place was very nice.

We stayed in this condo several years ago and we were blown away by the great renovation and cleanliness of the unit! We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay there again. There are so many little additional amenities that made our stay so easy, like toiletries and a gift basket.

My family just finished our beach vacation at Retreat 7B. We have nothing but good things to say about this property and the Rental company. Carolina One went above and beyond to make our stay great. Unfortunately we discovered on our second day there that the dryer was not working. They sent someone out right away to take a look, but unfortunately the dryer was not able to be fixed due to parts. Carolina One offered to wash/dry, fold and deliver our laundry to us. We not only had a great vacation, but had wonderful laundry service as well. Everyone that I spoke with was very nice and willing to go above and beyond to make up for our dryer not working. This property is very well stocked. There is a wonderful Kuerg coffee maker. They stock plenty of coffee, teas and sugars. There was toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap. This property also allows you to use their beach chairs which is a great feature, wish we would have known that we would not have traveled with all of our own. There were plenty of chair as well as boogie boards. There was also a nice gas grill at this property. We had taken all of this stuff with us, but will know next time we dont have to pack so much. This property is a perfect location to the beach, very short walk. There is so much walkable to do around the condo. We did not rent a golf cart and was glad that we didnt once we saw how accessible everything was. The pool at this property is awesome. Most of the time we felt like we had a private pool, it is not highly used at least not during our stay. My family would highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be back. Thank You Carolina One for making our vacation great!

Beautiful home. The stairs may be a deal breaker for future stays. Being on the top floor made it extremely difficult bring in groceries, suitcases etc. I choose the top floor remembering the beautiful view however the tall trees have taken that away. Even a dumb-waiter would be extremely helpful.

As advertised, this condo is located on the second floor of The Retreat complex and these buildings do not offer elevator access. Although beach access is very close, this particular condo does not offer beach/ocean views. The third-floor units that we manage do offer ocean views, but will require an additional flight of stairs. Should an elevator or dumb-waiter be added in the future it will be reflected in the listed amenitites. We would love to be your host on Edisto during any season!
