216 Bay Creek Villa

This was a great experience in almost every way. The Villa was well appointed, clean, and well stocked. The location on Edisto was perfect, we could get anywhere we wanted quickly. The view was spectacular and my son was able to paddleboard off the dock to go fishing twice during our stay. We also stayed up one evening on our balcony, talking and laughing into the night, which was very special. The people at CarolinaOne were friendly and responsive.

216 Bay Creek Villa was great for my wife and I. Memorial Day weekend was packed with people. Pressley’s was have live entertainment on the dock and weather was gorgeous. 216 Bay Creek was clean, modernized, and sound proof from all the outside happenings. For (2) people or a small family the villa is perfect. The patio was great to watch boats coming in and out. Only (-) would be; you can hear movements from the 3rd floor neighbors. Highly recommend 216 Bay Creek.

Bay Creek Villas is an older condo complex, but it has a nice pool, an elevator, and views from the balcony of the marina and tidal creek with birds, dolphins, and other wildlife, as well as lovely views of sunrise and sunset. It is a pleasant walk/short drive to the beach. This condo has been recently remodeled with thoughtful updates to the bathrooms and kitchen. The furnishings were modern and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed working with Carolina One Realty, and look forward to our next stay at 216 Bay Creek Villa!

Stay was very good with great accommodations. Condo was very well decorated and views were spectacular in mornings and evenings. Got to see dolphins two mornings swimming along the boat slips which was exciting. Love the location and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful direct Marsh views. Older condo property but condo renovated nicely. Some doors would not shut completely. Furnishings nice and beds comfortable. Location to beach easy. Linens left for us to make beds-not a big deal but prefer already made.

Recent re-do of this unit and it’s beautiful. Comfy furnishings and beds. Loved the tall chairs for 4 and table on the balcony. Check in was a breeze and staff there were super nice!
