Escape to this sweet spot on the island of Folly Beach. Fifi's Fabulous Folly provides gifts of breathtaking views of marsh and mere steps away from the closest beach access! 

This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home provides comfort and coastal aesthetics for your upcoming beach family vacation. Imagine waking up to the gentle lapping of waves and the sweet scent of salt air. Fifi's Fabulous Folly offers a unique and tranquil experience, far from the hustle and bustle of city life. The primary bedroom is furnished with a spacious King Bed, TV with DVD player, ensuite full bathroom with a standing shower & double vanity, and exclusive access to the washer/dryer. Walk back toward the rear of the home and you will find the remaining 3 guest bedrooms which all have window views of the stunning marshland & TVs. Guest Bedroom 2 consists of one Queen, Bedroom three has two twin beds and the 4th guest bedroom has a spacious King Bed. In the hallway near all guest bedrooms is the second full bathroom which is a shower/bath combo and a double vanity.

The open living room is furnished with an L-Shaped couch where you and your guests can cozy up and watch the latest binge series via the Smart TV or find something on cable television. You can even spend quality time together by completing one of the many puzzles provided by your host. The living room then flows into the dining area and recently renovated kitchen. The kitchen has all of your staple cooking essentials in addition to a standard refrigerator/freezer, gas stove top/oven, 12 pot coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster; etc. You will also find a quaint breakfast nook that seats four that overlooks the front porch along with bar stool seating for more relaxed meals. The kitchen flows into the formal dining area for family/friend meals & great conversation.

One of the greatest perks of this home are the magnificent views from the screened in porch. Imagine taking in the marsh views with a cold drink to end the day with and lounging in one of the many seating options provided. There is additional dining space located the screened in porch as well. Seamlessly access the wrap around porch where you can further see the beautiful landscape of the Low Country and continue to walk down to your private dock where you have the option to fish or paddleboard (amenity not provided by host) at high tide. From the porches and dock you will find various forms of wildlife depending on the tide, anything from crabs, fish and birds.

Simply cross the street where you will find the public beach access to the right which also provides public restrooms and outdoor showers. On this side of the island, you may even get a glimpse of a dolphin or two. Morris Island Lighthouse is also situated about 1.4 miles from Fifi's where many local vendors offer tours.

Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo retreat, a marsh front rental offers a truly unforgettable experience.

Go into the Folly Beach downtown area, just 2.5 miles away, to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Be sure to check out the newly built Folly Beach Pier!

Just a short, 25-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Here you will experience world-class dining, swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more. Customize your memorable trip to this historical city. Take the kids to the Children's Museum and the South Carolina Aquarium. Immerse yourself and the family in the Southern culture.

Parking for up to 4 vehicles is free in the driveway and under the house. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. Pet Friendly-$125 per pet plus tax-2 dogs max, weighing 75 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without Carolina One's approval. Full size washer & dryer provided. Fireplace not for guest use.
