Outstanding Location with less than 5 minute walk to Beach Access 10. The house is in excellent condition. The refrigerator is the largest I think I've ever seen. It easily held our week's provisions and drinks. The BOSCH dishwasher does an outstanding job. We (3 Adults & 3 Children) were very comfortable along with our 18 month old Golden.

Loved the house . it was just a simple beach house that felt like home when we walked in. Close to beach and quiet street to walk dogs on. It was perfect !

Short, easy walk to the beach access. Street was quiet, so a great place to walk our dogs. House was clean and well taken care of. Kitchen appliances were fairly new, big refrigerator which is always a plus. AC worked great and there was always plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The beds were also pretty comfy. Negatives would be there was a lot of furniture that was a bit clunky in the den/dining area making it hard to move around. My biggest negative was that the second King room had no where to store clothes while we were there. There is a beautiful antique china cabinet in the room that has no storage purpose and an old recliner. Would be nice to get rid of the recliner, slide the cabinet over and put a chest of drawers or small dresser to give guests a place to put clothes while there. I felt a bit disorganized all week as we basically had to dig through our suitcase to get our clothes out. Overall though, it was a nice house and we had an enjoyable stay.

The ice maker in the refrigerator doesn’t work and the light colored living room furniture needs a good cleaning but we had a fabulous time at Lomas house. We love the location and it was the perfect size for our family. We will be returning next year

You're correct that the ice maker in the freezer is not connected as is the case with many ice makers on Edisto due to the salinity in the municipal water supply. We will address carpet/upholstery cleaning as we do each spring/fall. We would love to invite you back for another memorable stay during any season!

We had a wonderful time !! The house and location were great but being with all the family in one house is what truly makes a vacation !!!! Thank yall for a great place but with family growing in size we'll most likely be needing a larger house going forward + our fur-baby.
