Great spot! Walkable to lots of great restaurants and bars. Very short walk to the beach. Also, in the area are a few places to rent bicycles and golf carts.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect location with everything in walking distance, and quick and easy beach access. We would definitely rent again through Carolina One in the future.

Nice little property. Walking distance to downtown and coffee shops, corner store, etc. Couldn't really use the backyard for anything. Closest beach access point was closed for the duration of our stay but there were others in walking distance.

Loved this cute home for our family vacation. It was in the perfect walkable location and provided a great place for us to unwind, while still being near everything. The property was clean and comfortable and management was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

I would recommend people to stay at Changes in Attitudes / Changes in Latitudes - 210 East Ashley Avenue. Close to the beach, Bert's and the center of town.

Enjoyed our stay at Changes in Latitudes. Great location a couple of blocks from the beach, downtown and just few doors down from Bert's store. House is on the main road and it's pretty busy; wasn't too noisy although we didn't sit out on the deck much either. Kind of shocking that there are no sidewalks or paths on any of the streets but that's another story. Was a great rental for two people.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at this charming homey property. The Hosts were very communicative and left us a nice gift- a Turkey roasting Pan and a pumpkin pie on our arrival, both came in handy! I was traveling with my college age kids and their significant others. They loved the home and its location close to shops and restaurants. . The beds were comfortable and had nice clean crisp linens. We would definitely stay at this home again.

This place was great! Very clean..had everything we needed! Super close to the beach and walking distance to all of the surrounding restaurants and shops. Burts shop two houses down was a nice little grocery stop with awesome sandwiches and food with anything you might need during your stay! Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay, very close to all the restaurants, shopping, and grocery store a block away. Can get a little loud at times with traffic, but inside you hardly hear it, trade off is you are close too everything on Folly Beach. Carolina One was great to work with, we had a couple of minor issues that were fixed very quickly. Very pleasant stay overall and would recommend this place to anyone.

The updated house was nice! You can tell it is an older home but the upgrades were good. Beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach was very short and easy!

We loved our stay at Changes in Latitudes. The description of the condo was very accurate. It's less than 5 minutes to the beach or to Center street (restaurant, bars) and Bert's market is right next door for groceries, sandwiches, ice cream and so on. We were provided with linens and fluffy towels. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the screened porch. We would definitely like to come back soon!
