Beautiful Home

Beautiful home, the couches in living room are probably the most uncomfortable couches I have ever sat on, could use a very much needed upgrade. The grass was knee high until Wednesday when it was finally cut and was done horribly. Would recommend looking into a new landscaping company that will do what you pay for.. other than that the house is very roomy and we are planning on staying here again.

Pet Friendly beach cottage

The house was as described. It is an older beach cottage that is being updated. It was perfect for our family , as it provided all of the amenities that we needed. There was as plenty of space and had a washer and dryer. We were also able to take our golden retriever! Location was good and it's in a quiet area. We were 2 blocks from beach and the walk to beach was easy. Plenty of parking for family.

Perfect

I wanted a quiet place for a few nights and this house was perfect. I've been coming to Edisto since I was a child and always preferred to stay on the beach. However, this house changed that. This house is located only a few minutes walk to the beach but far enough back to have quiet nights out on the wrap around deck. With deer coming by every evening around 7:45.

Fantastic stay

Great place for a family stay. Easy walking distance to the beach with all the necessary amenities. We will definitely keep Villa K on our list of places to stay in Edisto. Thank you, Carolina One for your continued outstanding service. We've been patrons since 2010 (Kapp Lyons then). We will keep using the best rental service on the island.
