Only 25 minutes drive to historic downtown Charleston. Charleston offers historic tours, carriage rides, museums, boutique shopping, world-class dining, and stroll down the harbor at Waterfront Park or The Battery. 

Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Elevator is an amenity for guest convenience only, NOT ADA compliant. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call emergency maintenance services.
