The property was exactly as pictured and we had such a wonderful time. Perfect location, walkable to shops, easy parking. Carolina One was very informative and clear about policies, and check-in/check-out. Would definitely book with them again!

Well-furnished, clean condo in great location. Plenty of dishes, pot & pans, and kitchen items one might require. Great deck with lots of chairs. Good parking under condo with an elevator!

Excellent property right on the beach and close to the pier. On the weekend we could listen to the live pier music from our deck! The unit was very clean and in good condition. We will definitely be back!

Place was great. Clean. Relatively spacious. Parking is included. Right on the beach. Perfect spot for us and loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Best waves on the beach are right there, and you can't beat sitting/eating/drinking on the porch and looking out at the ocean! Also can't beat being a stones-throw from all the restaurants/bars/action. Will definitely be back.

We loved the place. The service was great. When the refrigerator broke down, they brought us ice until the repairman could get there. When the repairman had to order a part, they brought a loaner out for us to use the rest of our stay

This is the seventh year in a row that we have stayed in Seaside Villa #102 during the winter. And we're booked for 2025! We love the location of this condo. Being a half block from Center Street and adjacent to the pier is ideal! The huge covered porch on the ocean is awesome. Easy beach access, sunset views, surfers, dolphins... lots to see and enjoy. The condo is spacious and clean with a nice size kitchen and updated appliances. It's so convenient to have a full-sized washer and dryer.

The interaction with Carolina One Vacation was excellent, couldn't ask for better. The property itself is a wonderful location and nicely laid out living space. We had a wonderful time and would recommend the location and working with COV again.

This was our first time at Folly Beach and this condo was awesome! Very clean and had everything we needed. The view from the large deck was amazing!! We will definitely want to stay here again!

It is a great location, convenient for everything on Folly Beach, and walkable for all Restaurants and to the pier. We love Charleston and Folly Specifically, and this did not disappoint; overall, it was a great stay, with everything we wanted, except for that storm causing us to leave a day earlier than planned.

Carolina One is very responsive and timely with all questions or concerns. For example, when the toaster stopped working, a new one still in the box appeared within hours. I have enjoyed renting through Carolina One for a couple of years, and am already booked through them for 2022.

Wonderful location - steps from the beach - close to shops & restaurants. Gorgeous views from the porch. The unit was SPOTLESS when we arrived. One of the absolute cleanest places we've ever stayed. Lots of space for the whole family to spread out and be comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, appliances and cooking utensils. The pumpkin pie & roasting pan that greeted our arrival was a very thoughtful gesture!

My family had a great vacation. Perfect location on beach! This was exactly what we were looking for. House was great size and clean . I would definitely stay there again. We loved Folly beach. The island was so relaxing and you never had to dress up for anything! Loved it!
