Beachwalk Villa 11

If you want to be close to Center St, this is a great location. You are not even 1/2 block from all of the bars and restaurants, 1/2 block from Bert’s, and 1 block to the beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony. The condo is clean, modern, and very comfortable but just know that it isn’t always quiet. We knew that going into it (we’ve been coming to Folly since the early 90s and have stayed in this complex before) and we picked it for it’s proximity to downtown but it might not be everyone else’s cup of tea. But for us? We loved the balcony and the big couch in the living room, as well as being able to walk to Planet Follywood and the Sand Dollar.

The property was exactly as described and photographed. The location was perfect, directly across from beach and pier, close to shopping and restaurants. Our only concern was the noise/ music levels from Taco Boy when we arrived Sunday. Long before their closing time, the music was turned low and we were able to relax and we never had any issues the rest of the week! Would definitely stay again!

We had a fabulous time and you cannot beat the location of this unit. It does get loud at times due to the music at Taco Boy, but the location and view from the unit most definitely out weigh the inconvenience of noise.

The unit was ready early, clean, and stocked nicely. The unit is spacious and for four adults it worked well. It's in a great location; literally a minute to walk to Pier 101 and around the corner from Center St. You have a small view of the ocean. The overall experience was good. If you don't want to drive, then the Beachwalk Villas are an excellent and affordable choice.

We loved staying there, so nice to walk to everything you need. Can sit on the deck and see the ocean and people watch. Couldn't ask for better location, clean and spacious for our family of 5. Will definitely go back! 25 minute drive to Charleston.

Our Villa was well furnished and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The air conditioning went out and Carolina One sent a technician and it was fixed within 2 hours. Our family will definitely stay again at the Beach walk Villas. They are close to the Pier, beach and restaurants, bars, and shops. Excellent accomodations!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo is clean and spacious. Center street is a block away with many shops and restaurants. This was our second time staying and we love the location. Fantastic porch with lots to see on the street plus the ocean is visible since the lot in front is a rental parking lot. Love Folly Beach!!!!
