First Carolina One gets 5 stars. We have used them several times, and they are always responsive and helpful. Beachwood’s location is perfect. You walk out the door, cross the street, and you are at beach access 16. Great view from the porches and plenty of room to spread out. We went before temps got into the high 90’s, but the AC upstairs kept everything cool. The AC downstairs kept the main area cool, but struggled to keep the bedrooms cool—especially the room with the non-working ceiling fan. Would book again.
