4 Summer Place

Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. Having never seen the house or even that end of Folly, we couldn't have been more pleased. The space was so comfortable, the kitchen was incredibly organized and stocked, and the view and access to the beach is hard to put into words. Everything was perfect.

This is our third vacation on Folly Island. 4 Summer Place is the perfect house and location. The kitchen has everything you need and the house is comfortable and inviting. The views are spectacular. We were excited to see dolphins near the shore. The beach area is a very short walk from the house and not overly populated. Extremely clean and well decorated. All furniture and beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are wonderful. Always work with Carolina One if you want a smooth vacation from start to finish. Absolutely wonderful family vacation. Thank you!

Great location and wonderful home! Very quiet part of the beach. We had no issues with the renting or home. I'd certainly stay there again if we return to the island. Wonderful week with friends and family.

This house was perfect for us. The first floor has three bedrooms and two full baths. The center floor has all of the living area accommodations. The top floor had a master bedroom/bathroom and a sitting room with a powder room. The views of the water are picture perfect from basically every room. We also took advantage of the grocery delivery (and stocking the fridge) and the rental of beach chairs and umbrellas delivered to the house.

4 Summer Place was great. Perfect location, away from the crowds. Watching the sunrise above the water was one of the highlights. Sea shells on the sea shore. Beds were comfortable. Nice to sit out on the balcony and rock and watch the waves. When I make it back to Folly Beach I will definitely rent 4 Summer Place again.

We rented 4 Summer Place for a week in February and had a wonderful time. Lots of space for the family, the kitchen was very well fitted out with everything we needed and it was all in great condition. Something to know before you rent. The house has 3 floors. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The second floor is the living area and the third floor has the master bedroom and a small seating area.

Beautiful and very comfortable house and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, entertainment items and small appliances. The bedrooms are spacious. The views are amazing! We appreciated the various items for guests, such as games, magazines, and books. The rental process was easy and the communication was great. We would definitely rent again.

I was a beautiful home and a great location for the perfect walk everyday to the end of the island. Saw lots of dolphins very close to the shore, stingrays and a small shark.

We really enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach and the home looks fabulous for 3-seasons. Having the holiday music playing and a beautiful signed card ready when we arrived was a very nice touch. Thank you for your quick response to turn up the water heater. The water was especially warm on the last two days when the outside temperature was above 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

Wow! In a word, breathtaking views from all porches and the rooftop! Plenty of outdoor furniture (rocking chairs, chaise lounges, and table and chairs) for outdoor living. A bit of a /bike ride (~4 miles) to town, but manageable and kind of nice to be away from all of that fun and commotion. We never left (at least in our minds!) and look forward to a return stay! Hats off to the entire property management team.

This was our first time in Folly Beach and we loved it! The beach was amazing and I could listen to that sound all day! I'm thankful that at 65 I was in shape to do those steps! Thank you for all the additional supplies in the kitchen, I usually have to bring all those things with me! The place was cheerful and clean and beachy! We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back next year!

We read reviews that suggested that the kitchen was not well-equipped. We found that not to be true. The kitchen had beautiful dishes glasses and every appliance we need it for the duration of our trip.

We rented 4 Summer through Carolina One. First, this property alone is stunning! It was extremely clean and neat..nothing out of place. We received a credit towards bike, beach chair or cooler rental and we used it for bikes, which we enjoyed. We plan to rent, again.

Beautiful house with gorgeous views of the ocean from every room! Very clean and well cared for. Best stocked kitchen in a rental ever! Loved that it is at the end of the road with low beach traffic and an easy walk to the light house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at 4 Summer Place! We had an ocean view out every window. We could watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. We cooked most nights due to COVID-19 and the kitchen was well stocked with high quality supplies. There was plenty of room for our party of 10. We practically had the beach to ourselves. I loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle. It was easy to be "socially distant" and still have a good time. We hope to be back someday.

The LOCATION of the House was amazing. It was the most well stocked kitchen ever! The linens and decor were perfect. Carolina One Rental Company were very helpful and friendly. They even sent someone out to help us when the wifi went out. I would definitely rent through Carolina One Rental Comapny again!

We love this house and the the fact that it located at the end of the beach. Also, the design of the house allows ocean views from practically every room. It is a short walk down to the lighthouse. We watched pelicans fly over the house all day and dolphins play in the ocean in the evenings.

This vacation home was the most beautiful location nestled at the end of the beach. A very luxurious feel to the entire home, balconies on 3 floors, and the sand steps away made this an amazing find for our family vacation!
