The house was a perfect! The house allowed space between families while not being isolated from each other. The kitchen and deck area were spacious and inviting to enjoy family or just relax. The other plus was its location. It gives a good location to observe the marsh or soak in the beach all with out heavy foot traffic & vehicle parking. Highly recommend!!

We stayed with family and friends at this beautiful house for my son's wedding in Charleston. Loved that the bedrooms were spread out which allowed for everyone to have privacy. The kitchen and views of the marsh were fantastic!

We were a party of 7 that stayed at the Marsh Madness property and we all had a great time. The house was exactly as pictured. It was very spacious and comfortable with great views! Folly beach was really a nice little town with a good amount of bars and restaurants. The drive into Charelston was only about 20/25 minutes, so the house location was perfect to get the best of both worlds..some beach time mixed with downtown city time:)

Marsh Madness was a wonderful place for our family of seven to vacation. Great location with beautiful marsh views, easy access to the beach. Plenty of space for everyone, parking for our three cars, very clean and one of the best furnished kitchens of any house I have stayed in. Easy travel to Charleston sites. We would love to come back!

The million dollar view settled it for us, but even without that, this is a great house. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated to a high standard. Even in summer, there is a nice breeze under the house. We'd definitely spend our family beach week here again.

Loved our stay here! The home is even more amazing than the pictures. The kitchen and dining set up was perfect for family meals, and there were enough showers for everyone to use when we got back from the beach (which is just a short 2 minute walk away). Would definitely stay again!

Stayed there with friends and plenty of room for everyone to have their own bedroom. The views of the marsh are wonderful and the beach is close by. It's the quiet part of the island which was perfect.

Our college mini vacation was absolutely perfect I may Marsh Madness. From the moment we stepped in and saw the beautiful furnishings, views and space we were delighted. The light jazz music playing and the bottle of Proseco were a great wellloming surprise!! Amber, Alex and Win were fabulous to work with!!! My friends and I all talked about returning again the future! Thank you for making our stay so perfect!

We really enjoyed the mornings and evenings overlooking the marsh. At the same time we had easy access to the beach. There was plenty a room for our family and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely come back and rent the same property

Marsh was beautiful at sunset. Kitchen was well equipped. Appliances were updated. House was clean, with plenty of space. Landscaping well kept. Our beach week was fantastic!

This house was perfect for our large family. There's a bathroom right outside of two of king bedrooms. There's also one in the loft and then one in the King master. The open living space and spacious kitchen were also amazing. And the sunset every single evening was breathtaking!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Spring Break at Marsh Madness! We had a total of eight people (four kids and four adults, which included grandparents), and there was plenty of space. The house's hang-out areas are hugeand not what you get in a typical beach rental. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need (but you'll need to bring your own Keurig). Bonus: the house has four bathrooms, not just three as listed. The master with king has 3/4 bath, queen bedroom has full bathroom, the other two king bedroom

Beautiful area, beautiful home. The owner has done a beautiful job with this property. The last time we stayed the property didn't have a second level and we fell in love with the view of the Marsh. Now we got to enjoy the view of the ocean as well as the marsh.

The house was great and perfect for our large family with children. Golf cart is recommended if you have small children you are taking to the beach. We loved the sunset views and the nice back deck! The house had a well equipped kitchen and was larger than the pictures appeared online. We would rent again.

This is one great beach house! The proximity to the ocean, expansive views of the marsh and the quality and comfort of the house just can't be beat. The kitchen is large and comfortable and well-equipped, with seating for ten plus four more on counter stools. We enjoyed our meals with incredible marsh sunsets.....what a lovely place.

We had a wonderful time staying at Marsh Madness. The location was perfect for our family - steps from the beach with the beautiful backdrop of the marsh outside our windows. The home was beautiful and clean. It had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 children (with some to spare), giving everyone enough room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed being a bit further away from the downtown Folly area, yet able to access everything the town has to offer. We can't wait to visit again!

This was our 2nd stay at this home, it was EXACTLY the same as our 1st stay 2 years ago. Very clean, beautiful views on both sides...great ocean view from the top deck and beautiful marsh view from the back deck. We did a lot of cooking at the house due to corona and the kitchen is well stocked with pretty much everything you need. I'm so glad we still decided to take our vacation, we LOVE Folly Beach and hope to be back in 2021.

Our family loved Marsh Madness. Loved the view from the dining area of the marsh. The configuration of the 4 bedrooms having king beds and the one queen worked great for our family. Loved being close to beach access and being away from the hustle and bustle of center street.

Marsh Madness is a fantastic property! Not only is it comfortable, nicely decorated & clean, it also has amazing views of the marsh from the kitchen and back deck - perfect for watching bird activity and gorgeous sunsets. It's an easy walk across the street to the beach with good views of the ocean from the upper deck. We appreciated the location too - away from the traffic and congestion closer to the center if town. Would love to stay here again sometime!

Our first time to Folly Beach. Fantastic beach town that is unlike many on the east coast - beautiful secluded beaches, laid back but fun nightlife and very friendly people. Marsh Madness is a great house. Perfect location that is near secluded beach, but close enough to enjoy what the town of Folly Beach has to offer. We'll be back!!

My family have rented this property 2 times prior, both in the fall. This is our first time renting in the summer, especially over the July 4th holiday. The house was great as usual with a newly added 2nd floor which was great as a playroom for the girls.
