This was the perfect place and perfect location for our stay in Folly Beach! All was in walking distance and we only needed our car when we went into Charleston.

We came for my husband's 64th birthday and he said it was the best birthday he ever had. I would have to agree with him. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Great host. While we were at Folly, there were power issues all over the island and they came as soon as we requested to get our ACs back online. Amazing location. Within walking distance of everything there is to do on Folly. My 6 year old had a minor mishap with a football and a porch screen. They were so understanding and kind. Great people to work with.

This little space is in the perfect location to walk to the beach, to the restaurants and shops and is less than 2 blocks from the famous Bert's market. It was enough space for the 3 of us and had nearly everything we needed for our beach vacation. If you plan on cooking there are nearly all the pans and utensils you will need. I would recommend bringing a sharp knife as that was really all I missed but I made do with those provided.

Would definitely return to this rental. The location couldn't have been more perfect! Outdoor shower is great for minimizing sand inside. Loved the screen porch. Very easy to walk to everything Folly. And, Charleston was less than an hour's drive. So much to see and do in the area. We will definitely be back!

Always have a good time at Folly Beach. Laid back, easy going, quiet. Seems safe. Nice mix of merchants on Main St.

The perfect getaway spot. Loved how close we were to the beach! I'd wake up for the sunrise and with a quick walk through the pathways I was greeted with pure sunrise beauty! Plus, you are in the heart of Folly beach! We loved the place, so enjoyed the front porch & convenience to shops, restaurants, beach & FUN!

My kids and I had a great time at Folly. The rental was the perfect size for us. It was clean, close to the beach and restaurants. Our beds were comfy. Carolina One came quickly to help w TV remotes when I called. Would stay again.

Overall clean and the thanksgiving card and pumpkin pie were a nice and thoughtful touch. Right across from a beach access. If it had a washer and dryer we would definitely stay at this property again & again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location in Folly Beach. 1 block from the beach with a trail that has direct access. Grocery store right up the street. Fun area close to everything!

I would recommend this property for the ease and convenience to the town and Beach! The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is also Cable TV!
