The shady spacious porch just off of the main living area is comfortably furnished, creating an ideal space for relaxation and enjoying afternoon "T-Time". The covered patio by the pool deck is perfect for gatherings, featuring comfortable seating and outdoor games. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
The lift is FOR CARGO ONLY
No pets allowed.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
During cooler months the private pool can be heated for an additional fee. Pool heating requests require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Call local office to arrange for pool heating.
Please respect the island, the house, and the neighbors. Local quiet hours 10pm - 7am.

Great family week in Edisto

The house is great! Very modern with lots of fantastic extras--drink frig, huge gas range, screened porch, ping pong table, pool, 3 1/2 bathrooms, bunk room and more! We have a great week with our Children and Grandchildren. Everyone could be together but there was plenty of room for folks to do their own thing. We're looking forward to returning next year.

Great home and vacation week!

Our family of ten, six adults and four children, just enjoyed a wonderful week at our favorite beach. The weather was perfect for our entire stay. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, from cooking supplies to pool and yard essentials. When we arrived, it was spotless, with plenty of storage space for food and snacks for the week. The provided linens and bath towels were a nice bonus. The only hiccup was that the pool was cloudy upon arrival and needed cleaning. After one email to Carolina One, the issue was addressed the same day, and although it took another day for the water to clear for the kids to swim, it didn’t affect our trip in the slightest. I would highly recommend this house to larger size families. Carolina One was also great to work with keep up the great work!

Pool chemistry after a big rain event can be unpredictable, but getting it resolved the same day is exactly the standard we hold ourselves to - and we are so glad it did not put a damper on your trip in any way. Family vacation

Our week was fantastic! The house offered so much-from the short walk to the beach to the pool to the well stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds. We had our children and grandchildren all under one roof for the week which was a real treat! Great place to enjoy a week at the beach!

Excellent

We enjoyed staying at T Time! The home is beautiful and quite spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the back yard and the pool- it was larger than expected. It was great being so close to the beach. The screened in porch was a great place to relax too. Everyone slept well- all the bedrooms were great- the grandkids loved the bunk room! The rental company was very responsive. The island is beautiful- especially loved the live oaks with hanging moss!

Wonderful stay at T-Time in Edisto!

T-Time is a relaxing, nice, so accommodating stay for a large group. The pool makes the stay even more enjoyable. The comfortable outdoor spaces provide little nooks of coziness. The 4 bedrooms are spaced just right, and the 2 master bedrooms/baths give great room and privacy. The beach access is very close and enjoyable walk from the house to the beach. You are just steps away from out of the yard and across Palmetto and onto the beach. Very nice. We will definitely book this house again for next year! Highly recommend!!

Perfect size house for our group. Open floor plan was great! Granted it was an older home and need of some updates. We were aware that the house has new owners and will be making some changes.
