Welcome to 110 Waters Edge! Watch the famous Folly Beach sunsets from your screen porch or your private master bedroom balcony. This lovely 3 bedroom townhome offers luxury vacation living just a few minute's walk from the beach. Guests have access to the riverfront community pool and dock. Close to shops and restaurants! Historic downtown Charleston is only a 25-minute drive.

Enjoy a cozy living room with ample seating, TV, and a gas fireplace while looking out onto the Folly River. Head out to the screen porch to relax with a cool beverage while watching wildlife, sunsets, and the boats pass by. Prepare your family meals in the white kitchen that is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve favorite dishes. Island seating for 4 means the family chef will never be out of conversation. All small and large modern appliances are provided, including a gas stove, dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, coffee makers, and blender, just to name a few. Dine or play games at the dining table.

Master bedroom is on the second floor with a private, riverfront balcony and seating. Wake up comforted by serene Lowcountry views in your king bed. Keep up with your shows and sports on the TV. Ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted garden tub, all that lead into your large, custom walk-in closet. Down the hall, you'll find the queen bedroom that sleeps 3 and acts as a second master bedroom with a TV, loveseat that turns into a twin pull out sofa, and private, full bathroom with a tub/shower. Third bedroom is on the first floor with a queen bed and TV. The full bathroom on this floor is accessible from the hallway and right next to the third bedroom. High-quality linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of 7 guests in the home.

The beach is only a 0.5 miles away to have your toes in the sand and ocean waves, approximately a 7-10 minute walk. Some guests like to rent bikes or golf carts to travel around the island. After a day at the beach, or if you don't feel like having your toes in the sand, guests can take full advantage of the community pool just a minute walk away. Take a stroll down the community dock for an up close view of the river and activity. 

Go into the Folly Beach downtown area, just 2 blocks away, to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Find the local and tourist favorite, the Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos! 

Just a short, 25-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Here you will experience world-class dining, swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more. Customize your memorable trip to this historical city. Take the kids to the Children's Museum and the South Carolina Aquarium. Immerse yourself and the family in the Southern culture.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage. If you have a 3rd vehicle, guest may pay refundable deposit to get 1 extra parking pass for the first come, first serve overflow lot for the complex. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.

Amenities include full size washing machine and dryer, modern kitchen appliances, central heat and air conditioning, free wifi, keyless entry, linens, towels, access to the community pool and dock. A starter amenity kit for bathrooms and kitchen are provided that guests replenish as they need. Grilling is not permitted at the Waters Edge community.

The Community pool typically closes October 15th and reopens April 1st. Exact dates can change per the HOA. This is a non-smoking property. No pets are allowed per the HOA. We provide 24-hour on-call staff for maintenance emergencies. No gatherings allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. Beach renourishment is expected to begin in March 2024. During this time, areas of the beach may be temporarily closed and/or impacted. Public beach accesses can be found at nearly every block and/or half block up and down the island. We are not responsible for any beach disruptions caused by the renourishment.
