Enjoy direct access to the pool and beach from the private balcony that also overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Located in the heart of Isle of Palms, dining, shopping and the island's night life are all just a few steps outside this gated property.

Other amenities include secured covered parking, an elevator, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, stocked kitchen, linens and towels and starter kit of basic supplies just to name a few. This spacious home can accommodate the whole family or multiple families in search of the perfect vacation. Local property management is only a phone call away to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Endless opportunities are available to experience the local culture. Visit plantations, historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina Aquarium or Museums, Patriot's Point or Fort Sumter all within a 15 min drive. Or explore nature by witnessing dolphins feeding off the banks, sea turtles nesting on the beach, taking an Eco tour or kayaking into the creeks off of the Intercoastal waterways. Further inland, observe alligators in their nature habitat or admire the 1600 year old Angel Oak Tree.

All reservation (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward VayK Life toward beach gear rentals!

Please Note: This is a bottom level condo with a private staircase from your ocean front covered deck to the pool and beach. Only 2 Car Passes per Property. Non Smoking, No Pets. Rents Saturday to Saturday in Summer. Minimum nights vary for off season. MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS.

We loved our stay here! There were nine of us, and the property accommodated everyone comfortably. One of our favorite features was that each bedroom had its own bathroom, which made the stay especially convenient for a larger group. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, yet it never felt overcrowded. We enjoyed listening to the live music at the Windjammer just a couple of doors down, spending time at the beach and pool, and taking bike rides to Sullivan's Island and around Isle of Palms. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, and we would happily return.

Our vacation rental process was made very easy with Carolina One. The property was beautiful and the location was amazing, you have the beach and pool right aside your door. The rooms were very spacious and the living room/kitchen area had everything you need. We were a family of 10 with 3 younger kids and had plenty of space and walking distance to the restaurants. We were very pleased and would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others.

This unit is in a perfect location and easy access to pool ,beach , and food . The unit is fully stocked with everything you could ever need for a vacation. Great place for a family- pool was never crowded and we enjoyed it very much. I would recommend this unit to anyone- well worth the price.

If you're looking for an excellent location with easy access to the beach, this is it! I was traveling with my husband, young children, sister & dad and this condo held us all comfortably. PERKS: each bedroom had it's own full bathroom, there are multiple good food options in the area, the storage closet in the garage was full of beach accessories (surfboards, boogie boards, skim board, chairs, toys, etc.), this is a small building with only 9 units so it was never crowded and we never had to share the pool

Lovely view. Comfortable clean apartment. Had everything we needed. Very responsive owners. Pictures are very accurate. You are so close to the beach and pool. Charleston was so close and dinner options are everywhere. Cru was our favorite. Loved being on the beach rather than the city. Our sibling reunion went great.

As far as convenience and view, this place is a 10. Access to the pool right down the steps from the deck and a few more steps and you are out the gate for the beach. The view from the deck is perfect to watch and hear the ocean. The space was plenty spacious for our party of 11. Love the bathrooms for each of the 4 bedrooms. So convenient to the grocery store and walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shop, and other retailers. The building parking lot made things so super convenient.

We loved the condo and the location was fantastic. We typically stay on an upper floor, but the access to the pool deck, beach and parking was well worth staying on the first floor. Also, the $250 rental credit was awesome. It was enough to cover bicycle rentals and beach chair rentals for the whole family. Will definitely book this property again through Carolina One.

There were 8 of us and everyone was very comfortable with the space and available bedrooms. With 8 women it was great to have 4 bathrooms to get ready. The property is located in a perfect location for shops, dining and of course, enjoying the beach. A short 30 minute drive to tour downtown Charleston and visit plantations. Would definitely recommend this property.
