Please Note: This is a bottom level condo with a private staircase from your ocean front covered deck to the pool and beach. The pool is not heated in the off season. Only 2 Car Passes per Property. Non Smoking, No Pets. Rents Saturday to Saturday in Summer. Minimum nights vary for off season. MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS.
