Welcome to your vacation at the Blue House! This 4 bed, 3 bath home is newly updated with all renovated bathrooms and kitchen upgrades. Enjoy a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Brand new Hot Tub just been installed in the back deck. BBQ on the back deck with a propane grill and tiki bar. Fenced yard with firepit. Relax on the front porch swing catching those ocean breezes and evening sunsets.
On the interior of the home you will two living spaces. The upper level includes a comfortable living room, well-stocked kitchen, and dining area. The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks. The additional two rooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a queen, share a full bathroom. The lower level has a guest suite featuring a kitchenette, den area with large TV, and stacked washer/dryer. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath.
This home is located at 5 25th Avenue on beautiful Isle of Palms, just 3 houses back from the beach. The area has lots to offer with IOP recreational department just two blocks away including playground, soccer fields, tennis courts, and pickleball. Front beach has tons of restaurants and shops. Spend your vacation relaxing or exploring at this island home.

All reservations (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward VayK Life to rent beach chairs, bikes, etc!
PETS: Pets are considered, but MUST be approved with non-refundable pet fee paid directly to the property management company. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. Please contact for more details.
NOTE: No smoking. Garage is not for guest use. Must be 25 years or older.
Internet: High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is nonintegral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service
