Wonderful home. Met all of our needs. Location was great with fairly easy access to the pier and Center Street restaurants and shops. The 3rd floor covered patio is perfect for enjoying a relaxing view and ocean breezes. The outdoor area beneath the home with nice furniture and a yard was also great for the toddler in our party. Furnishings are very nice and comfortable, and the kitchen and baths are nicely appointed. Elevator was a tremendous help for one of family members with limited mobility. Outdoor shower that included hot water was also a big help. We rented a golf cart through their recommended vendor and it was at the property, charged and waiting for us - no need to separately pick up. The recommended grocery delivery vendor was also a tremendous help, and groceries were already there and refrigerated when we arrived. Very smooth process from start to finish.

We'd highly recommend staying in the Swell Life! It's so spacious, clean and right on the beach. It's perfect for large families as it provided us some space and different spots to hang out.

We had a wonderful time, this is our third time staying in this house and it is perfect for a family. It's inviting and so clean. The toys are a perfect touch for kids! The company does a great job of ensuring the house is so clean! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

The Swell life was perfect for our family vacation. The clean, beautiful home and the location could not have been better. Really enjoyed the beautiful ocean hanging out by the beach, back porch, or comfortable rooftop. It was so easy to get to shops, coffee , restaurants/bars. This was our first trip to Folly Beach and we really loved the vibe. One of our favorite trips!

This was the perfect place for our group of friends to make those lifelong memories. Everything was just as described and in the photos. Location to town was great, very walkable. Loved the top floor deck. We would love to go back someday.

We left Asheville after Hurricane Helene in search of rest, hot water and electricity and boy did we find it. The house was amazing, the views were amazing and the overall stay was nourishing. Exactly what we needed after a week in the dark. Looking forward to coming back.

A beautiful property that is even better in person. Very spacious and extremely well maintained. Every bedroom has a beautiful view and was sparkling clean. We loved this house and the location to the beach and town. We will absolutely be back for another vacation at The Swell Life.

We stayed on Folly Beach in a Carolina One Vacation Rental and it was perfect! The house was stunning and the beach access was perfect for beach walks, shelling, and enjoying the scenery. Highly recommend staying at a Swell Life! It was magical for our group. Thank you for everything!

Property had some of the nicest appointments we have seen as a home rental. They had a very nice concierge service for beach rental equipment. The large upstairs covered porch became a favorite hangout for sunrises and sunsets or just relaxing in the afternoon.

The house was as marketed. Nice set up right on the water. All the amenities we needed were working great. Normally with rental homes, the furniture is just for looks and not comfortable. However, this one was very comfortable and the beds were very comfy. Highly recommend.

A lovely home nicely laid out. The three floors worked wonderfully for our group of 5, especially the top floor with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge area, and outside deck very large and comfortably furnished. Our two teenagers loved having so much space to themselves.

We loved the place and the location. We enjoyed walking to Burt's every morning for coffee and a walk on the beach. The house is perfect for a large group of people. We had 2 families celebrating a reunion together. We loved the boardwalk to the beach, really cuts down on the sand in the house. We loved walking in to town to eat every evening. Many choices for us. We will come again soon. Thanks for a awesome stay.

This beachfront house was spacious with a good floor plan and accommodated our large group. The location was convenient and perfect to hop in the rented golf cart and visit the downtown area. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, cutlery and silverware. Our family shrimp boil was a success using the lower outdoor area with the wooden table and chairs. The beach's wet sand was perfect as the little ones did not get sand everywhere: in their eyes, mouth, ears, etc.

Our family was in town for my daughters wedding at Lowndes Grove. We stayed from Monday to Monday in order to get settled before the big day. Swell Life was perfect in every way! I even took pictures of the mattresses as my 23 year old son said they were soooo comfortable! The spacious kitchen and great room was the perfect spot for family dinners and this is where the bride and bridesmaids had their makeup and hair done!! Gorgeous views and beach! We had plenty of towels and the kitchen was extremely well stocked.

Well-appointed, quality rental. Your team was very responsive to the minor issues we had. We run a vacation rental company in Hawaii and were impressed by your first-class service. If we return to Folly beach, we would definitely find a home through Carolina One or stay in this house again.

This property was fantastic. Great amenities, great views, short walk to town, private beach access, off-street parking for at least 3 cars, clean and almost everything functioning well. Very spacious and easily accommodated our party of 8. Rooftop deck was great morning, noon and night. Highly recommend this property. Carolina One was responsive and communicative when needed.

Great clean new construction upscale beachfront home. Works well for large family or 2 families. Easy access to all restaurants, bars and activities that folly has to offer. Recommend renting a golf cart for local travel.

My family had a wonderful time at The Swell Life home. It was so nice waking up to the gorgeous view every morning and heading right out the back door for a walk on the beach. My kids were thrilled to find several shark teeth on the beach. This was the perfect size home for our family of 10!

We loved our stay at the Swell Life! We had 3 sets of couples so everyone was able to get their own floor. It is right on the beach which was amazing! It is also within walking distance of the restaurants and shops in Folly. The house was very clean and furnished beautifully! We would definitely stay here again!

The Swell Life was the perfect fit for our group of 10 family and friends. Plenty of space to spread out and numerous spots to gather. Thanksgiving dinner was a breeze to prepare and serve in this well equipped kitchen. Our table when set and decorated looked like a magazine cover and everyone had ample room for our feast.

We all love this place - it's just about perfect for the 11 of us. This was the 2nd year I have taken my boys, their wives, and my 6 grandchildren and we have already booked for next year. Any issues are promptly taken care of and Carolina One seems to do a great job of managing the property. Highly recommended!

Great location, adequate common spaces, nicely decorated, kitchen fully outfitted, adequate dining space and seating capacity. Service from Carolina One was excellent. This is a great rental for 2 families sharing one home but wanting seperate sleeping areas.

The Swell Life was a fantastic house for our group of five couples! We have been coming to Folly for six years, this was our first time in this house and with this rental company. The customer service far exceeded our previous rental company's services. The credit for beach rentals was a phenomenal addition, saving room to pack other essentials. The house was clean and well maintained, the location was perfect for a quick walk or bike ride to Center Street, the beach access made trips back and forth a breez

Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our group of 3 families, 3 generations. Excellent design and decor, comfortable mattresses, also really appreciated the outdoor shower, 2 water sources on the walkway, and elevator. Almost everywhere we needed to go was within walking distance and direct beach access made multiple visits easy and convenient for those of our group who were going back and forth. We range in age from 10 mos to 62 y.o. and had plenty of room for our group of 11.
