This well-kept and inviting home is located just three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. As you walk home from the beach, the dynamic and unique landscape changes from sandy dunes to mud and salt marsh along Jungle Shores Drive. Take advantage of stunning sunsets and scenic views of the Yacht Basin from your private dock, screened-in porch, sun deck, or shady ground-level patio. Cable TV and Free WiFi will keep your group entertained if a breif afternoon shower interrrupts your day in the sun. Glimpses of wildlife include pelicans flying in formation, bald eagles scouting for a meal, and dolphins frolicking st sunset, all making for an unforgettable experience worthy of many photographs. The private setting also boasts easy access to restaurants, shops, and the bike path. Whether you enjoy fishing, boating, or shelling on the beach, all your desires for a well-rounded vacation will be exceeded. No Smoking Please.

Great House
House was amazing. Lots of room. Beautiful outdoor space and the view from the private pier was fantastic. Lots of space for multiple families to enjoy. The only complaint is the mattresses need to be changed out. Kept rolling down into the center of the mattress which made for a restless sleep. Kitchen could have a few more upgrades and ice maker in fridge was very slow making ice. But these were just minor. Overall would rent again and again because of quiet location and private pier.

Our FAV place to stay at Edisto
A nice, big, roomy house - our #1 reason for choosing it is "location location location" - best of both worlds w/an easy peasy walk to beach and the back yard dock for an additional peaceful escape - #2 reason is b/c it's Pet Friendly! Any place anywhere that's not pet friendly isn't gonna get my $. Be forewarned, you'll get a work out with all the stairs / steps - use the railing please! A++

Yacht Basin Watercolors was spectacular
The Watercolors house was spectacular, dock was perfect for our boat and some fishing and watching the fireworks! We spent hours out there and on the screened porch. Everything about the house was stocked well as described. This is a repeat home for us to visit. Thanks for the memories. The Drakes!

Unbeatable View
We've stayed at Edisto for years and always enjoyed our time, but the view at Watercolors is hard to beat! Every time we walk outside on one of the many porches or the dock, we were always taken aback by the breathtaking beauty and peace of the marsh. And it's still a very short walk to the beach. I hope Watercolors will continue to be part of our family's story. Four years ago we were here to celebrate our grandmother's 80th birthday and this year we are welcoming our first grandchild who is named after her.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Watercolors. Our 8 year old grandson really loved being on the marsh and watching the fiddler crabs birds dolphins at high tide. A very lovely experience.

Perfect family beach home
We’ve stayed at several homes at Edisto and Watercolors is our favorite for a few reasons- the beautiful marsh location, the outdoor spaces (the dock, front & back porches) as well as ground level patio area with seating, and the overall layout of the home. We love waking up on the marsh, walking to the beach and being back in the marsh for supper and the sunsets. This home is well-equipped for our family. We will definitely book this home for next year!
