705 Carolina is a completely renovated 4 bedroom 2 and 1 half bath home that is only 175 yards from the beach. Well-furnished beach home with lots of charm, two separate living areas, plus a large screened porch, room for the dog to run (with fee). An amazing back yard oasis with new pool and hot tub await you!
The first floor: features a large living area with 50 inch TV and blue ray player. Well equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Dining area with seating for 8. Separate den with large flat screen TV a relaxing sofa and adjoins the screened porch. Three bedrooms including Queen Bed, Full/Full bunk system, and a room with two twin beds. There is a full bath on main floor plus a half bath off the den. Lots of space in the open living areas. Sleeper Sofa located in the first floor den.
The second floor: This floor features a master suite with a king sized bed and private bathroom. An amazing loft adjoins the master suite with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, sofa, seating area, and opens onto the second floor covered deck.
This house has an amazing pool and hot tub with plenty of deck space to enjoy those summer nights. The pool may be heated for an additional fee. Pool heat is meant to extend the seasons into late spring/ early fall but is not applicable in cooler weather. The beach access is right around the corner and a block away. Downtown Charleston is only 20 minutes' drive away and minutes from great shopping and dining.
Maximum 2 pets allowed. There is a $250 pet fee (plus tax), per pet, if you would like to bring any furry companions. Call to add: 843-242-3012.
