The home is pet friendly and plentiful amenities to ensure everyone in your family enjoys the perfect vacation on Folly Beach. With sweeping views and your own private boardwalk to one of the highest rated beaches on the Atlantic coast, this amazing home is sure to be your repeat destination for years to come.
You'll be greeted with stunning ocean views as soon as you enter through the front door. Your family will love the open-concept floor plan, where the kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly together—all boasting those spectacular views. The newly remodeled and expanded kitchen is a chef's dream. Even the most discerning cook and cordial hosts will find every gadget and tool at their fingertips; including two large refrigerators, both equipped with icemakers to ensure coolers are always full and drinks are perfectly chilled. The 12-seat farmhouse-style dining table provides the perfect setting for family meals after a long day on the beach. Additional bar stools will seat 4 along the kitchen island. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy a favorite movie or the big game. Large sliding glass doors grant access to the screened-in porch and let in ample natural light, and of course those amazing ocean views.
The home features 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. The first 4 bedrooms are located on the main, first floor. Master bedroom 1 has a king bed and private full bathroom ensuite. It also has a full slider door going out to its' own oceanfront deck. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed on the street side of the home. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and lovely ocean views with a door to the deck. Bedroom 4 includes a king bed. Bedroom 5 is the ocean view bunkroom on the second floor with 2 twin size bunk beds, as well as 2 twin beds to make the perfect kids room. The 3rd full bathroom is accessible from the hall. Waking up to an ocean sunrise from any of the 3 ocean side bedrooms is pure heaven. All bedrooms have flat-screen "Smart TV's" with cable and your favorite video apps for entertainment options. Bedding in every bedroom feature fresh, high quality linens and bath towel sets for all 12 guests.
While the inside of the home is truly stunning, the exterior might just be the best part. BeachZilla includes ample outdoor living options including 3 large oceanfront porches, all with deck furniture, and a private boardwalk right down to the beach. The huge screened in central porch has an 8 seat glass dining table and a large sectional couch. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean breeze while reading your favorite book or sipping on a beach cocktail. Easily get down to the beach to build sand castles and take long walks looking for shells and shark teeth. An over-sized outdoor shower is perfect for washing off the salt and sand after a long day in the sun, or drifting away with the sound of the waves under the rainfall shower. Second shower off is located on the boardwalk. A gas grill is provided for outdoor cooking.
BeachZilla is strictly non-smoking and is a family vacation rental. Home is pet-friendly and $150.00 non-refundable pet fee plus tax, per pet, applies to the overall cost of your reservation if you would like to bring a furry companion. Maximum 2 pets allowed. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. The home has free WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, wine fridge, and all of the modern conveniences you would need.
