The sleeping arrangements offer privacy and comfort for all guests, featuring a king suite, second queen bedroom and a charming third bedroom with twin beds. All three bedrooms include their own en-suite bathrooms!

Staying at Pavilion Watch 1A places you at the epicenter of the "Edge of America" lifestyle. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, there is first come, first serve parking in the overflow lot for the complex. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, Cable TV, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning, keyless entry and contactless check-in, communal pool typically opens April 1st -October 31st. Ground level is parking, condo is on 1st floor. Elevator and stairs go to all floors of the complex. Grilling is not allowed anywhere on the property. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.
