Beautiful home. Location is great. Met all our family needs. One issue with mouse droppings has me concerned. Probably been going on for a while. Just surprised hadn't been reported sooner. There was a lot. Carolina one was amazing. Getting clean up done quickly. Sending the exterminator. My family really appreciated your quick response. Not sure problem is solved. Really want to book this house again next year.

The Point is an interval ownership property shared among multiple owners, which means it operates differently from the majority of homes in our portfolio where our team is on site week after week. With limited guest stays throughout the year, this type of issue can go undetected longer than it would in our more frequently visited properties. Great location. The space was perfect for our family needs. The situations with the washing machine and palmetto worms were handled quickly and with concern for our needs. We appreciate that.
