Set your clock to island time as you spend hours relaxing on the covered porch, where your group can enjoy your time outside as much as your relaxation inside. Bask in the southern evening breeze on the ground-level patio equipped with a grill for the master chef and plenty of covered parking.

Cheerful colors and coastal decor throughout the home provide a lovely reminder that you are at the beach and to savor the peace of your vacation. Free WiFi and flatscreen TVs will keep each guest entertained if a brief afternoon shower interrupts your sunny day on the beach. Perch at the bar in the open kitchen featuring granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances while the chef prepares a Lowcountry feast, then gather together at the adjacent table for memorable meals. Great beach home on a quiet side street
This is the second time my family has stayed at the Dragonfly, and we would do so again. The location was perfect! Even though it's on a quiet side street, it's a short walk to the beach. The porches are amazing! The screened-in side porch was good for breakfast. The front porch has ample shade and ceiling fans, making it our favorite hangout spot. There was a minor repair needed. The toilet in the back bathroom needed a new handle (if you didn't lift back up on it several times and then jiggle it, the tank would not fill up with water). Our only major complaint was the mattresses—they were terrible. They were hard and would squeak with each movement. Other than that, we had no complaints and would gladly stay here again.

Carolina one saved our vacation
We initially booked a different house with a different realtor. When we got to the house it was not what was expected and we could not stay there, but the other company was completely booked for the week. Carolina one was very quick to respond to help us find a new home for the week. They were amazing. Without there help we would have had to turn around and drive 16 hrs home. Thank you so much for a great week!!

Dragonfly review
Loved the house - only two concerns are the dryer as it makes an awful squeaking noise after it’s been running for a few (the drum itself is making the noise) and fans on the lower level would help too! Overall a great house and the ease of check in and out was great with Carolina one.

Great Location & Lots of Shade
The Dragonfly is nestled behind lots of trees and Edisto wildlife making it the ideal vacation rental. After a hot day at the beach, which is a very easy and short walk away, you can count on this home to provide ample shade and plenty of porch living opportunities. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the layout of the house was very spacious. Unfortunately, the mattresses in this home are not created equal and several of our guests had to rotate sleeping on the couch in order to get any sleep. This hiccup and a loveseat replacement (cushioning worn) would improve our rating in the future.
