Great property! The layout is very simple and totally beach/relaxation focused. Everything was easy to find and you really can't beat being able to walk directly out onto the beach, especially if you have a dog with you. Loved the screened patio as well. I will definitely be staying here again!

I love Folly Beach, especially the smaller (old Folly style) homes. This one was perfect for us. The view of the ocean and sunrises was incredible. When I choose a house the only thing that makes my decision is the porch and view. I got lucky and got a great house with that porch. Highly recommend this rental.

Home was clean and as advertised. The deck was a great size for family time after long days at the beach. Really enjoyed the outdoor shower room! If we decided to return to Folly Beach for a vacation, we would definitely consider renting it again.

We had a great week at South Shore. Loved the location. Much less crowded and more quiet than staying near Center Street. They only reason I wish I knew the washer/dryer was located under the house and not in the house.

We so enjoyed our stay at South Shore. At first we were a little concerned with the rocks on the beach but it ended up being lots of fun for the kids and a great place to find shells and take pictures. The house had all the beach extras we could need. Chairs, umbrellas, toys etc… We had a great time and the house was the perfect size for our group of 8.

The house was very clean when we arrived (there always seems to be a thin layer of sand on the floor at beach properties, but not this one!) That was much appreciated. Great deck furniture for sitting out enjoying the surf. The den area was surprisingly small and only had seating for 5 people. Bathrooms are nicely updated. We enjoyed our stay!

South Shore provides an excellent beach experience! We loved the outside shower under the house, and we accomplished cooking all of our meals with no problem.

This was a fantastic experience for us. Based on previous stays in other rentals, we had set our expectations accordingly. This property completely blew us away. The thoughtfulness that went in to the smallest of details was unbelievable. The property was super clean, comfortable and provided amazing access to the beach and the surrounding area. It was by far better than some of the super expensive "luxury" properties we have stayed in over the years. We loved everything about our stay.

This cute 4 bedroom house fit our families need to a tee for a weekend getaway! Nothing better than walking out the back door and being steps away from the sand and water and listening the crash of waves out your bedroom window. The view was spectacular! Loved all the beach toys for us adults to play with and the view was absolutely amazing. Nothing beats being just steps away from the sand and water. We would definitely come back here!

The beach access and view from the deck was the highlight. Simply perfect. The rooms were spacious, layout of house amenable for large party with two separate jack and Jill bathrooms. Very clean and updated beach feel.

The house was wonderful and we lucked out with a beautiful week of sun and fun. The screened in porch was great for staying out of the sun or away from the bugs. The house was a perfect beach get-a-way! We were there for 5 days and our grandkids loved being right on the beach. Comfortable seating and we loved all the sand toys they had there for the kids to play with. Great property and location!

Beautiful house, and amazing location. The waves were just right for surfing and boogie boarding. Sunrise and sunsets were spectacular. I felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Last but not least, it was amazing to sit on the deck or screened porch and see the dolphins.
