This home is very well appointed. The kitchen is stocked with lots of plates, glasses, cookware, plenty of hand towels and utensils. The towels and bed linens are fresh and clean and are not worn. In addtion, the owners have supplied beach towels, dog bowls and covers for furniture for your pets. Definitely a pet friendly house. There is plenty of outdoor seating including furniture on the deck, deck chairs and chaise lounges at the pool and chairs on the upper deck. The screened porch has plenty of ch

A beautiful family home that obviously is owned by loving, family centric people. Great space for a large family lots of sleeping options. Walk to the beach right across the street!! The pool is fantastic! Carolina One was on the spot with a few requests we made and made reservation and check in effortless. A very buttoned up company for sure!

We loved our stay in Folly Beach at the Surf N' Turf. The location was perfect for our family and the pool was sparkling and inviting. We enjoyed being steps away from the beach and the ease of being able to pop back and forth whenever we wanted. The rooms were large and comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 7 and our dog. We appreciated the small touches that the hosts left for us - the lollipops for the kids and extra blankets for the dog. We would definitely enjoy staying at Surf N' Turf agai

House & Pool were lovely. The linens & beds were great. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was pristine. The beach was so close.

The house was adorable and slept 7 very comfortably. It was very short walk to the beach, which was never very crowded and when we weren't on the beach we were enjoying the pool and beautiful decks. Would recommend to others when looking for a place to stay in Folly Beach!

We had a wonderful vacation! The house is in a perfect location, the views from the top deck were amazing, the beach was only a 1 minute walk and we loved coming back from a long day at the beach to jump into the pool. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great week!

We had a fantastic time. The house was perfect. Great location and wonderful view. Loved all the porches and really didn't want to ever leave. My family all said this was the best vacation that we've ever had.

It was a great rental, lots of personality and charm. Very clean and enough space for our family of 5. The almost free Bike rentals were a highlight. Pool was great (in March!) and Ocean a 5 minute walk. Loved our week.

The house was spotlessly cleaned and we appreciated the small toiletry satchels in the bathrooms. Also, the staff is always polite and helpful. We will continue to rent from and recommend Carolina One.

Excellent experience. Clean, modern kitchen and tech, adorable decor, walk straight to beach, beach + pool perfect for family, comfort abound: living room, sun room, screened porch, two level roof deck, secure storage for beach stuff, easy checkin with keypad. Superb.

Our Family LOVED Surf N Turf. Everything about this property was perfect. The decor was gorgeous. We felt like we truly escaped life for a little while. We can't wait to go back! The best rental on Folly Beach.

THIS IS A TREASURE!!! Very nice property. The extras were amazing and appreciated. This property is very clean, updated and affords the tenants an opportunity to all be together or spread out for smaller gatherings or privacy. Close enough to the main area of Folly Beach to ride bicycles with ease and ocean is a breath away. The linens were absolutely fabulous and very much appreciated!!! Thanks for the special extra touches.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Surf and Turf. We really appreciated the fast service when the oven needed repair. We will book our next vacation on Folly with Carolina One, y'all were a dream to work with, especially after renting thru VRBO. The beach gear rental was a also a nice bonus. Thank you for a great week in our favorite place!

We enjoyed the uniqueness of this rental. It was very warm and well decorated. It is where beach vibe meets quaint cottage and we felt right at home! What a wonderful place that we hope to come back to!
