Welcome to Living On The Edge! Wake up to the sound of crashing waves and gorgeous views of the Atlantic at this fantastic oceanfront Folly Beach home. With the perfect blend of relaxation and fun, your family or group will have everything needed for a memorable beach getaway- including your toddlers and furry companions!

Step out onto one of the two expansive oceanfront decks for picturesque panoramic ocean views. There's plenty of seating for entertainment and relaxation in the spacious open-floor layout. When it's time to cook up a delicious meal, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes plus a separate ice maker, beverage fridge, wine cooler, and three microwaves. The 10-person dining table provides the perfect setting for family meals. Unleash your competitive spirit in the dedicated game room and challenge your friends or family to a game of air hockey or foosball or enjoy classic board games and jigsaw puzzles.

All four bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone in your group. The sleeper sofa and trundle bed in the game room is perfect for the kids! Now included is a Pack-n-play, highchair, and booster seat for the littlest family members and blackout curtains in one bedroom for nap time. Each bed comes with high quality, freshly laundered linens and coverlets. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo. Bath towel sets are provided per person for the maximum occupancy of the home. 

Best of all, enjoy the convenience of private beach access just steps from your door. Build sandcastles, go for a refreshing swim, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun with the provided sand beach chairs. Partake in a game of cornhole or beach mini golf with plenty of sand toys for the little ones. Your family will enjoy the ease of having the beach at their doorstep. An outdoor shower is located on the boardwalk. Two charcoal grills and gas a grill are provided for outdoor cooking. 

Downtown Folly Beach is just 1.3 miles away. Wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos!

A short, 25-minute drive will take you into historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Experience world-class dining, art galleries, explore swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more! A starter supply of toiletries, linens and towels will be provided. Home is non-smoking. Home is pet-friendly with paid fee of $125 per pet, maximum 2 pets. Pets not allowed on furnishings. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, regardless of sleeping or visiting. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. Parking for up to 4 vehicles is free in the driveway area.
