Welcome to 201 East Hudson! Nestled amidst the island's vibrant energy, this cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it your ideal escape for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or friends' reunion.

Upon arriving at the home you will be greeted with a bright and inviting open floor plan; combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living area has flat-screen Smart TV and comfortable seating options. The 4 person dining table is great for a family meal or game night. Prepare delicious meals with ease in the well-appointed kitchen, featuring all the essential appliances and cookware.

The king bedroom has a smart TV, porch access, and workspace. The queen bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, porch access, and a soaking tub with an in-room bathroom. A second bathroom has a walk-in shower and can be found just off the hallway. All beds are made with fresh, high quality linens. Bath towel sets are provided for each guest for the maximum occupancy of the home. The washer/dryer is located by the larger, back bedroom for convenience.  

The back of the house is our favorite hang-out spot. Unwind on the breezy screened in porch while taking in the calming sounds of nature. The fully enclosed backyard is an ideal play spot for the kids and pets! Rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower, an invigorating way to end a perfect beach day.

This home is located on East Hudson, a quiet section of the island. Beach access and restaurants are 5 blocks away. Explore the vibrant downtown Folly Beach area, where endless possibilities for fun and adventure await. Discover local treasures at charming shops and boutiques, savor fresh seafood at delectable restaurants, and unwind with live music at lively bars and clubs. Take dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Wander down on the far east end of the island to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach - a favorite among locals and visiting guests! Just a short, 25 minute drive will take you into historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Experience world-class dining, art galleries, explore swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more! Customize your memorable trip to this historical city. Take the kids to the Children's Museum and the South Carolina Aquarium. Immerse yourself and the family in the Southern culture.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Additional vehicles must find off-street parking where available and follow the City of Folly Beach rules. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.

Amenities include washing machine and dryer, modern kitchen appliances, charcoal grill, central heat and air conditioning, free WIFI, keyless entry, linens, towel sets, and smart TVs. A starter amenity kit for bathrooms and kitchen are provided that guests replenish as they need. Home is pet-friendly with $125 + tax pet fee per pet. Maximum 2 pets allowed. Home is strictly non-smoking! Must be 25 years old or older to rent, no exceptions. We look forward to hosting your next vacation very soon!
