The unit is a perfect location for all in Folly Beach. Restaurants are so close, the pier is excellent in early mornings. Surfers are all over to watch from the balcony. Wonderful stay at Seaside Villas.

This is a beautiful oceanfront unit with a great view of both the sunrise and sunset from the deck. The bedrooms and living space are super comfortable and nicely decorated. We felt right at home! On the sunny days, an umbrella for the deck would have made it the perfect spot to relax and listen to the waves! Overall this is an excellent property in an amazing location right in the heart of Folly!

"Top Notch" place to stay! Located right on the beach, & a short walk to all the shops & eating places. Transaction was flawless. Company was just a phone call away, or you could just walk to it from your condo. 2nd time renting this clean, beautiful unit, & would totally do so again!

Welcome to Seaside Villa 302 on Folly Beach! Soak in panoramic ocean views from this top floor, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo which features stunning views of the Atlantic and Folly Pier. You'll be staying right on the edge of the town with direct beach access next to the condo complex. Walk easily to all surf & souvenir shops, local restaurants, markets, entertainment, and all that this eclectic beach town has to offer. Downtown Charleston is only a 20-25 minute drive away to more sightseeing, history tours, and world-class shopping and restaurants.

Have your privacy with a full bathroom for each bedroom. Queen master bedroom has a private access door to the oceanfront porch. The open floor plan combines the kitchen and living area. Sliding doors open up to the oceanfront, full-length porch providing a picturesque backdrop for morning coffee, or a relaxing happy hour. Kitchen is stocked with all the amenities for the family chef needs to prepare and serve meals. Living area comfortable seating for the big-game or movie night.

Only steps from Center Street, the downtown area of Folly Beach. Try one of our local restaurants offering everything from oceanfront dining, local seafood, sandwich shops, pizza, burgers, high end dining, and more! Pick up some local artisan gifts and locally made food from the shops and seasonal markets. Wander through the surf shops and then grab an ice cream during your stroll through town. On the Pier, you can get a panoramic view of the island, see what the people fishing off the pier are catching, or get your fishing license and try your luck! Choose your outdoor adventure surfing at the Washout for surfing, dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Visit the far east end of the island for a tranquil beach walk and shelling with picturesque views of the Morris Island Lighthouse - a favorite among locals and visiting guests!

This unit comes with 2 reserved parking spaces. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Elevator is not ADA compliant. There is an outside shower & direct beach access right beside the building; and a lifeguard station on the beach, directly behind the condo.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable, TVs, keyless entry, contactless check-in, central heat and A/C, washer/dryer, shared elevator, and modern appliances. A starter supply of toiletries, linens and towels will be provided. Home is non-smoking. Home is not pet-friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. Property is handled through Carolina One Vacation Rentals and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services.
