Dine as a group at the table for eight, with additional seating for three at the kitchen counter.
Step outside to soak in the sea breeze on the screened-in porch or work on your tan on the sun deck. Enjoy direct, private beach access, a gas grill for outdoor cookouts (propane provided), and an outdoor shower for rinsing off the salt and sand.

Bedroom 1 (First Floor - Queen Master Suite): A private retreat with a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the screen porch. The expansive ensuite bathroom features a double vanity, a relaxing garden tub, and a separate walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 (Second Floor): Features two Double beds (sleeps 4) with direct access to a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
Bedroom 3 (Second Floor): A comfortable Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
Bedroom 4 (Second Floor): A spacious room featuring a Queen bed, a cozy sitting nook, and private access to the home’s third full bathroom.
Bonus Loft (Second Floor): A dedicated kids' retreat complete with bean bags and a TV, giving the little ones their own space to relax.

Located just 1.2 miles from downtown Folly Beach, you are a short drive or bike ride away from local shops, markets, live entertainment, and excellent dining. Explore the island by taking a kayak, paddleboard, or fishing tour, or capture the perfect vacation photo at the Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the east end of the island.
Parking: Free parking for up to 5 vehicles in the double driveway.
Transportation Tip: Because Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, we recommend planning your transportation in advance if you plan to travel off-island.
