Great Little Cottage

Great little cottage for our week stay at Edisto Beach. So convenient to the beach. Loved the porch downstairs. Nice large kitchen for four ladies to be working in. Do wish it would have had a second bathroom or half bath. But the location to the beach made up for that. Very clean throughout cottage. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Sweet cottage

Rich Tymes was perfect for my husband and me! And two of our grandchildren also stayed a couple of nights. The downstairs screened porch was so pleasant. Very easy access to the beach too. The one bathroom was not an issue for us. The kitchen and living space was spacious and comfortable. Rich Tymes is not fancy but very clean and cozy! Enjoyed our stay!

Good time at Rich Tymes!

We love this darling house. Just the right size for us with our grandson. Very clean, well maintained, awesome deck overlooking the private backyard, literally across the street from the beach access. Bonus downstairs screened in porch for morning and evening quiet time. And we love Carolina One!

Excellent

Loved the updates in the Rich Tymes home—deck, bedrooms updated, new furniture. Our only complaint was the noise the commode made after flushing until the water stopped running. Loud and annoying! Thank you for a good experience.

Rich Times July 2023

This is a cute house that works well for a small group. The only suggestion I would make is the addition of a indoor/outdoor sofa on the screened porch.
