Boardwalk at Grand Pavilion features colorful townhomes centrally located along the scenic beach boardwalk, providing direct access to the main beach entry. Just steps from dining & pools which provides a seamless blend of beachside energy and relaxed living.

*House Supplies* 

• This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
• Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen.
• Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.  

*House Info & Booking Policies*

• Amenities include keyless entry & contactless check-in, central heat and air, private patio, washer & dryer, Smart TV, free WIFI internet, and more.
• 24-hour emergency on-call staff is always available for maintenance emergencies. Property is managed by Carolina One Vacation Rentals. 
• Wild Dunes gate passes are provided. Please do not park on the street or grass, this may result in a ticket from Wild Dunes. Two parking passes/spots available & must be parked in driveway. There is no on-street parking in Wild Dunes. Ride shares are scarce to get picked up once on the island - advanced reservation suggested to leave Isle of Palms.
• No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.
• No Pets-The Wild Dunes Community has a strict no pet policy for non-residents.  Pets are not allowed within the gates of the community.
• Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.
