2026 Beach Restoration Update
The City of Isle of Palms has approved a beach nourishment project planned for Summer-Fall 2026. Although the final schedule has not yet been announced, the work is expected to progress in sections along the shoreline, so any impact to a specific area should be temporary.
We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available and are happy to offer guidance based on your travel dates.

Enjoy all the fun of Ocean Point in Wild Dunes Resort in this 4 Bedroom 4 Bath private home! There are no better view in Ocean Point! Views of the Atlantic can be found in the large screened porch and Master Bedroom deck. Enjoy the private gated community's large pool complex with view of the Ocean. Please note the beach access is a few houses down, you cannot walk from the back steps to the beach, but you can access the community pool this way.

32 Ocean Point is features rich oak floors and coastal décor. The first floor offers a large living area and access to the screen porch. A large TV is located above the mantle. The screened in porch is accessed off the living room with outdoor seating and a dining table for those late summer dinners. A spacious queen bedroom is located off the kitchen area with an en suite bath with a TV and cable. You will love the stocked kitchen with gas range, granite counters and built in microwave.

The second floor features two guest rooms and breathtaking ocean views from the master suite. The guest room has a queen bed and en suite full bath as well as a mounted TV. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids with two twin beds and full bath and a small TV with cable. Relax in the open master suite with queen poster bed with incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean and private balcony. The master bath features a jetted tub and separate tiled shower as well as a mounted Smart TV with cable and streaming apps.

The private Ocean Point pool complex is right out your back door! You can watch the kids swim from the screened in porch! The beach access is about a 8-10 minute walk down the street and is located in a secluded part of the resort.

All new reservation (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals with VayK Life! Fresh linens and bath towels are provided per occupancy of the home. Beach towels are not included. Starter kit of toiletries and paper products only.

PLEASE NOTE: Strictly non-smoking and no pets allowed. Fireplace is not for guest use. This property does not come with remote garage door openers. Pool is open year round subject to maintenance or other closures. Pool is not heated. Ocean Point community hot tub has been permanently closed. Must be 25 years or older to rent! October 1st - March pool undergoing renovations & will be closed.

Carolina One and teams went above and beyond to ensure our vacation with grandkids was superb! Would recommend them to anyone who values great planning, excellent communications, and personal attention. We had four adults and three energetic kids, and while this may seem like mayhem in the making, we ALL had a funtastic time enjoying the house, Ocean Point, the beaches, the weather (lucky to miss the July heat), and IOP. We LOVED the location and size of this house! Carolina One made check-in easy (when they say 4PM, they mean it! Door code will begin to work at 4:01PM), left toiletries in the bathrooms, provided starter supplies of laundry and dish detergent, paper towels, dish soap. The pool was never crowded, even during a holiday weekend! The beach was a short walk or bike ride away (highly recommend renting beach bikes!). The area is gated so it felt very safe! Due to the fact that 32 Ocean Point is on the tip of the island, it is a 10 minute drive to get to the grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked with all dishes and appliances needed. The beds were comfortable. There were little signs of wear and use around the house, but nothing that affected our stay (ripped screens on doors and porch, cracked window in master bedroom). We are already making plans to return!

Our family had a wonderful vacation staying at the house on ocean point. Very safe, private. The beach is a short walk and was not a problem at all. Our teen boys enjoyed fishing at the shore. This area is not busy at all. We were able to watch dolphins everyday and really enjoyed it. The house has plenty of room and was very clean. Can't wait to come back!

Great house and location. Beautiful ocean views. Community pool is steps away. It's not heated but there's an adjacent hot tub overlooking the golf course. Having VayK gear deliver the beach cart worked really nicely. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach (can't go out the pool side; have to exit the street side and walk 8-10 houses down and there's a walkway to the beach between the 17th and 18th holes of the golf course). The beach was nearly empty in April, very peaceful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home is beautiful, in a prime spot, next to the pool and a short distance to the beach. Though we had to walk a few houses down to access the boardwalk to the beach, it was not too far to be a problem, although we had a beach cart for our toddler. Worked great! Beach breezes and views are amazing from both deck and screened porch. Plenty of room, and appreciated every bedroom having its own private bath.

Carolina One was amazing. I would and am using them again for another rental. Jamie and the staff answered all our questions and were quick to send folks out to help with issues at the 32 Ocean Point. They were super responsive and checked on things and even brought blankets and sheets when i called about not having any in the master. I was truly amazed at the customer service they provided. I used another rental service a few weeks ago when my family was here with with a group and wished I would have known about them.
