Rental Availability:
From Labor Day through Memorial Day, Marysol Cottage is available as a standalone rental. During this time, it may be rented separately from the main house (Marysol Main) and will be occupied by a different group of guests.

From Memorial Day through Labor Day, the Cottage is only rented as part of the full Marysol estate and is not available to separate parties.

Please Note:
**As of 1/1/26: The in-unit mini-split heating system is temporarily out of service while parts are on order. A quiet, efficient temporary heating option has been provided and is fully sufficient to keep the home comfortable during your stay.**

Guests staying in Marysol Cottage only do not have access to the private pool or private beach access. However, the nearest public beach access is just 25 yards away, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf.
