We loved our stay! The rental looked even nicer in person. We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids under 3 and felt we had plenty of space and activities. I loved that Carolina One set us up with beach rentals AND baby gear rentals (they had everything we could think of). The location was great, with easy access to the beach and the neighboring playground. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Overall our experience with Carolina One Vacation Rentals was great. When needing assistance, we had no issues reaching someone. We realized we had left something after leaving and they quickly found the items and were willing to ship those to us. We are very thankful for that!

Working with Carolina One makes staying at Folly a pleasure. We've enjoyed renting at Folly so much, that we have already booked time for next. The Carolina One staff are exceptional people to work with. Anytime we had a question or concern they responded in prompt and professional manner. We're already looking forward to returning in 2025.

Beautiful house surrounded by trees. We loved listening to nature in the morning and evening on the screened porch. The house had everything we needed and is in great walking/biking distance to the beach and Center Street.

Thank you so much for the lovely stay. We loved the house. It was perfectly situated and it was a fun and very spacious spot for our family of five. It's a great spot with close walking access to the beach. Would definitely recommend to other families looking for a beach stay.

The correspondence from management company on all phases of the rental process was excellent. The property was a great space and very well equipped. It was nice to have the equipment credit as well. We had an issue with the oven/microwave and shower door handle which was addressed very quickly. We asked to add a night and it was available. The management company made that extremely easy. Thank you!

Carolina One Vacation Rentals is the BEST on Folly for knowledgeable customer service, great properties to choose from, excellent attention to detail, always respond to you quickly and are so easily to work with. We have been visiting Folly for over 20 years, and have used a number of the Folly vacation rental companies in the past, however, Carolina One Vacation Rentals is exceptional to work with!

Wonderful house for a relaxing vacation. Easy to get to beach and the grandkids loved the toys at the house. Carolina One was very easy to deal with and answered any questions very promptly. Will use them again and will come back to Sand In Your Shoes in the future.

What a great house! Easy walk to the beach and downtown Folly for dinner or lunch. House was spacious and very well equipped. Loved the outdoor TV area and that there were extra refrigerators on the screened porch and the outdoor tv area. Outdoor shower was the best!! We cannot wait to stay at the house again in the future - we highly recommend this home as worked great for our family.
