Welcome to your Folly Daze, where the mood is cheerful and relaxed. Located just a half block from Folly's friendly downtown, this colorful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom single-family home is just steps away from eclectic restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Better yet, the beach and Folly Pier are only 3 blocks away. Whether you're a family craving sandy toes and salty air or a group of friends seeking coastal adventure, up to 6 guests can enjoy the comfort and convenience of this pet-friendly gem. 

Step inside to a cozy but spacious atmosphere. The inviting living room is furnished with Roku TV and a DVD player, along with thoughtfully-stocked books, videos, and games. The kitchen is supplied with all you need to prepare a family meal and gather in the bright, casual dining room.

Off the living room is Bedroom 1, featuring a Queen bed, large closet, chest of drawers, desk/vanity, ceiling fan, and private entrance onto the small, screened porch adjacent to the front deck. Bedroom 2 provides a Queen bed, closet, chest of drawers, and a tower fan with sound options. Bedroom 3 offers 2 extra-long twin beds that can be moved together to make a King. It has a large closet, chest of drawers, and ceiling fan. All bedrooms contain 2 luggage racks and 2 towel racks. Bathroom 1 is located between all 3 bedrooms, with a shower/tub combo. Bathroom 2 is full-sized with a shower/tub combo, off the laundry room area. 

The charm of Folly Daze isn't limited to indoors. Your 2 private screened porches are the perfect spots to sip morning coffee and share meals alfresco. As the day heats up, migrate to the open sundeck and soak up the golden rays. When the day cools down, ramp up the fun with your favorite yard games on the expansive front lawn.  

Walk a half block, to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Stroll along Center Street to the Folly Pier or wander to the east end of the island to find the Morris Island Lighthouse, a local and tourist favorite, for wow-worthy photos! Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors.

Free parking space, that accommodates 2 standard vehicles, is provided. Ride shares are scarce on the island, so please plan transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM.

Just a short, 25-minute drive will take you into historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Experience world-class dining, art galleries, explore swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more! Take the kids to the Children's Museum and the South Carolina Aquarium. Customize your memorable trip to this historical city. Immerse yourself and the family in Southern culture.

Folly Daze offers all modern amenities. These include beach towels, Wi-Fi, Roku TV, keyless entry, contactless check-in, central heat and A/C, washer/dryer, and modern appliances. A starter supply of toiletries is provided. Guests can replenish as needed. This home is non-smoking. Pet friendly for 2 pets (dogs only) with $125 + tax fee per pet. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, regardless of sleeping or visiting. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. Property is handled through a property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services.
