Description

Welcome to Turn of River 1D! River views greet your gaze as soon as you enter. This home is light and bright with luxury furnishings in the living and dining room, ample and comfortable bedroom and bathroom space and plenty of room to relax or entertain.

Swim and lay out in the sun at the community pool. Sip coffee in the mornings in a serene setting on the dock watching the sunrise. Possibly even see some dolphin at play. Sunsets can be enjoyed from the screen porch and veranda. Enjoy all that Folly Beach has to offer!

Master bedroom boasts a king bed with a large screen TV and en suite master bathroom. First guest bedroom houses one queen bed with an en suite bathroom. Third bedroom sleeps two in the queen bed, who also have easy access to the full bathroom in the hallway. All fresh linens and towels are provided

Take a short stroll or bike ride just across the walking bridge into Folly Beach. Here you’ll find shops, markets and many local restaurants. Enjoy the long stretch of beach including the County Park on the West End of the island and Morris Island Lighthouse on the far East End of the island.

Downtown Charleston offering world-class dining, historical tours, museums, boutiques, harbor walks, and much more is also only a 20-25 minute drive.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, free parking, keyless entry, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove top, oven, central heat and air conditioning, as well as 24-hour emergency on-call staff. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. This home is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

Parking is free for guests staying in the complex. Up to 2 parking passes will be provided as needed. Elevator and staircases allow for easy access up to the condo. The community pool is open daily from April 1st – October 31st. Guests may bring or rent their own kayaks, but must keep them stored on or in their vehicle. Bicycles can be stored in the bike racks under the building (at your own risk). Guests are not allowed to store or launch their personal boat and no boats or trailers may be stored in the Turn of River Parking Lot. A full list of TOR rules & policies is provided upon check-in. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, of 6 people. Guests must be 25 years old or older to rent.

This is a very nice property in a great location. We loved walking to the beach and enjoyed the shops in town. The condo is comfortable and has plenty of room, nicely furnished. There is plenty of storage for clothing. There is a nice view from the screened in porch and the open deck area. We will definitely rent at Turn of River again.

We love Turn of River. This condo was spotless, very tastefully decorated, well furnished, and the view was awesome. We spent a big portion of our time on the screened balcony enjoying the view, the dolphins, the breeze. We only had one issue during our stay, and it was taken care. If I had one thing to change it would be the height of the bed in the Master. HAHA! I know it is trendy, but for us short people it is harder to get in/out of bed. We look forward to returning to Turn of River.

The location was very good. 15 minute walk to the beach, 5-10 minutes to most of the bar restaurants. 30 minutes to downtown Charleston. The kitchen was well equipped. My wife especially liked the teapot which most rentals do not have. The TVs were all good sized and smart, I do recommend bringing a Roku or Fire stick to reduce signing in to app time. The view was nice, pool well maintained. We had a great time. There was only one hair dryer when we arrived, there are now two. I would definitely rent this again if I came back to Folly or Charleston and definitely use Carolina One. They responded promptly to all questions.

If you're new to to Charleston, like we were, it's hard to decide on a location that meets all your needs from far away. This property and location was perfect for us. The property is separated from all the hustle and bustle, yet a short walk to Folly Beach and a short drive to Charleston, grocery stores, shopping, etc. The property itself was very nice, clean, and newly remodeled. There was a nice porch to sit out and watch the tide come in and out.

This property is beautiful! The unit is bright and clean. The view from the balcony overlooking the marsh was really great. We even got a great video of a dolphin coming in to feed!! The kids loved the pool and enjoyed catching the baby crabs. The location is very nice: easy to get to the beach without being in the crowd. I definitely want to stay here again. It's the perfect family and multi-couple property.
