From the second we opened the door, our expectations were exceeded. This is a beautiful, updated, well-maintained condo! It was more than enough room for our family of 6 and our 4 kids under the age of 11 could not stop begging for us to live there haha! The rooms were so spacious and it had everything you could possibly need. Literally the only thing we needed to purchase was food. Check-in and check-out were so simple. The view of the marsh out the back was amazing and the kids day was made when we saw dolphins each morning swimming! We have already talked about when we can come back and have told multiple friend and families about this property! We booked this very last minute and had very low expectations and this was absolutely our best vacation experience ever!

This is a very nice property in a great location. We loved walking to the beach and enjoyed the shops in town. The condo is comfortable and has plenty of room, nicely furnished. There is plenty of storage for clothing. There is a nice view from the screened in porch and the open deck area. We will definitely rent at Turn of River again.

We love Turn of River. This condo was spotless, very tastefully decorated, well furnished, and the view was awesome. We spent a big portion of our time on the screened balcony enjoying the view, the dolphins, the breeze. We only had one issue during our stay, and it was taken care. If I had one thing to change it would be the height of the bed in the Master. HAHA! I know it is trendy, but for us short people it is harder to get in/out of bed. We look forward to returning to Turn of River.

The location was very good. 15 minute walk to the beach, 5-10 minutes to most of the bar restaurants. 30 minutes to downtown Charleston. The kitchen was well equipped. My wife especially liked the teapot which most rentals do not have. The TVs were all good sized and smart, I do recommend bringing a Roku or Fire stick to reduce signing in to app time. The view was nice, pool well maintained. We had a great time. There was only one hair dryer when we arrived, there are now two. I would definitely rent this again if I came back to Folly or Charleston and definitely use Carolina One. They responded promptly to all questions.

I found the staff to be very helpful during the rental process. We had never been to Folly beach before and were not familiar with the area. The staff gave us some great suggestions.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The view was beautiful and the short walk into town was great. We loved waking up and seeing the water and enjoying the two porches. The bedrooms and bathrooms were so clean!

Beautiful place! We loved having a convenient dock to fish off of, great views from the balcony, and the deck of cards in the condo brought us much entertainment. Convenient, walking distance to town.

If you're new to to Charleston, like we were, it's hard to decide on a location that meets all your needs from far away. This property and location was perfect for us. The property is separated from all the hustle and bustle, yet a short walk to Folly Beach and a short drive to Charleston, grocery stores, shopping, etc. The property itself was very nice, clean, and newly remodeled. There was a nice porch to sit out and watch the tide come in and out.

This stay was excellent better than expected! From the proximity to folly beach and restaurants to the calmness of sitting on the back screened in porch under the ceiling fan. We loved it and would highly recommend!

Good location not too far from beach and grocery store; lovely view; quiet condo building; convenient elevator close to condo, plenty of onsite parking spaces. Recommend this condo.

This rental did not disappoint. It was even nicer in person. The layout, design style, rooms and the view all provided an amazing place to vacation with family! Check in and check out was seamless and the staff at Carolina One Vacation Rentals was so kind and helpful when I did have any questions. This property is beautiful! The unit is bright and clean. The view from the balcony overlooking the marsh was really great. We even got a great video of a dolphin coming in to feed!! The kids loved the pool and enjoyed catching the baby crabs. The location is very nice: easy to get to the beach without being in the crowd. I definitely want to stay here again. It's the perfect family and multi-couple property.
