Newly updated including a Brand New Kitchen in 2025. Incredible 1 Bed 1.5 Bath Condo in Mariners Walk complex of Wild Dunes Resort.

Renovated with wood floors, stainless appliances, comfortable furnishings and large screen TV in the living room. Primary bedroom is located up the stairs and features a King size bed and an ensuite bath. An additional half bath and sleeper sofa in the living area can accommodate any additional guests. Fantastic screen porch with steps right off to the community pool. Boardwalk to beach access is just a short walk.

Wild Dunes is home to Championship Golf, miles of beautiful Beaches, and scenic bike paths. Experience what the low-country has to offer in this great location. Just a short 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston.

Linens and towels are provided per occupancy. Starter kit supplied for kitchen and bathroom, guests replenish as they need. Non Smoking and No Pets allowed. 2 parking passes provided. Must be 25 years or older to rent. Internet: High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is nonintegral to the agreement. This is our favorite property on the Isle of Palms. Our Carolina One experience was very good. We received a couple of texts checking in to make sure things were going smoothly. We received communication throughout the time our reservation was made.

The condo was incredibly well equipped. The decor was nice and the condo was quiet and peaceful. The porch was great with comfortable furniture. It seemed like a place someone cares about. We loved it.We were thankful we used Carolina One! After talking to some guests at the pool I highly recommended Carolina One to avoid in future the issues they were having. We've vacationed on IOP for several years and this condo was one of cleanest and well appointed places we've stayed. It literally has everything you need in the kitchen. The screened porch was perfect in the evenings. Having the bedroom upstairs and away from the living area is a bonus. It's a quick walk to both the pool and beach. Ready to book for next summer!

Thank you Carolina One! Our villa was clean and neat, the kitchen was stocked with amenities, and our time was fun! We felt we received above and beyond treatment when I sent a text asking about an iron and ironing board. We were attending a convention at the Isle of Palms, so we had nicer, but wrinkled clothing. Within hours, a brand new iron and ironing board were delivered! Thank you so much!

We have worked with many other vacation rental companies over the years, but Carolina One has been the most responsive of all of them. When we had an issue with a non-working microwave, a new one was brought over immediately. The condo was immaculate, all instructions were concise and easy to read and their communication was outstanding.

We planned a somewhat last minute vacation and looked at Isle of Palms. There were not a whole lot of places available for the week we needed when looking through VRBO. We came across Carolina One and found a place that matched our dates. The whole process was as simple as it could be. We emailed to confirm availability, and then called the office to pay. The lady that helped on the phone was very polite. The rental itself was great and matched exactly what was shown on the website. It was clean and comfortable!
