This raised 1930s carriage house is absolutely adorable and the perfect cozy getaway for a couple or a private escape for one looking to work, read/write, or surf!  With relaxing ocean views and the beach access just 25 yards away (less than a block) – this 1 bedroom house with full kitchen, washer/dryer and porch perch provides all the comforts of home.  You’ll spend your afternoons in the sand and surf, with a heated rinse off in your own private outdoor shower!

The heart of Folly with quintessential beach stores, locally-owned restaurants and bars lies a short 30 min walk or 10 min bike ride away (12 blocks). Within 5-6 blocks you’ll also find access to basketball, pickle-ball & tennis courts and the “wash-out” surf destination.  One end of the island boasts the Folly beach County Park, and the other holds pristine views of the historic Morris Island Lighthouse. During your stay, take advantage of the many outdoor activities & lessons offered on the island, including fishing, surfing, biking, kayaking, boating, and much more. A 12-mile/15 min drive will take you to historic downtown Charleston, where you can enjoy all that the Holy City has to offer.

Fiddler Crab is strictly non-smoking, not pet-friendly, and is a family vacation rental. Free Wi-Fi provided. Outdoor shower for easy cleanup after a long beach day. No grill. We provide 24-hour emergency on-call staff. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years old or older to rent, no exceptions.
