I'm not sure I can adequately put into words what this stay meant to my family. We were looking for a peaceful place to come together to celebrate my brother and make precious memories, as he is battling cancer. From the moment I first contacted the Carolina One team, their communication was filled with nothing but compassion and a genuine desire to help. When we arrived, we were simply blown away. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and has the most serene and calming atmosphere. But it was the personal touches that brought us to tears. The Carolina One team had taken the time to place my brother's favorite snacks in every room. There was a stunning flower arrangement on the table, a beautiful cake for our celebration, and a heartfelt card waiting for us. These weren't just nice gestures; they were acts of profound kindness that created a warm, welcoming sanctuary for us. It allowed us to shed our worries at the door and focus completely on what mattered: being together. They gave us the space and support to laugh, to cry, and to simply be present with one another. This was more than a vacation. It was a priceless gift of time and peace, made possible by the incredible generosity and empathy of the Carolina One team. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay with a team that has the biggest heart, look no further. We are eternally grateful and will cherish the memories we made here forever.

A perfect beach front location- beautiful! The kitchen is huge and has equipment to cook that I don't even have at home. I never thought I'd use both dishwashers, but we did. Plenty of space for our group and pretty but casually furnished that we felt at home. I think everyone's favorite place to hang out when not on the beach was the covered porch, especially the swing. The elevator was a necessity for one of the guests; so thankful for her ability to be able to participate with our group. A quick and gracious response from the rental company to an unexpected situation we had was great. One word description - WONDERFUL!

This property is absolutely beautiful - from the location, to the house itself, to the interior decorating I cannot recommend this rental enough. The house was very well kept and clean. They provided us with everything we needed to know and in a timely manner. The house is large enough for one to feel like they have their own space, but cozy enough to not feel alone, especially if a large group is staying. Beautiful house, right on the beach. We had a large group coming with young kids, and it was perfect to have rooms on 2 levels. House had all the amenities necessary. Plenty of parking available on the property which was great. Quick response to any questions from the leasing agency was also really appreciated.

My week at Folly Beach with my family, who all live in Charleston was wonderful. The house was very beautiful and was very accommodating for all of us. It was very pleasant and restful for me as I was recovering from illness. I enjoyed having all my family around to enjoy a special place for a week. We had a wonderful time at The Loggerhead. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and welcoming. Furniture/beds were comfortable and made it easy to relax. The beach was great- the sun rises right in front of the house. We enjoyed daily dolphin sightings and walks along the beach. Looking forward to coming back!

A beautiful house right on the beach, the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! The house is well equipped and gorgeously decorated with plenty of room for 10 of us. We cooked some great dinners on the grill and in the huge kitchen and were just so happy there with the sound of the ocean lulling us to sleep - highly recommended!

This is a gorgeous and well-maintained home in a terrific location. We were a large group ranging in age from 9 months to 74 years old, plus two dogs, gathering from all over the nation for a family reunion. It was so nice that everyone and their spouse could have a lovely room of their own to escape for some private time and that we all could comfortably fit in the living/dining area for games, conversation and meals together. This was important for us.

I commend Carolina One for expediting the repair of the elevator in our rental house!!! I contacted them regarding our need and they had someone there to fix it within a couple of hours!!! We were so very appreciative!! Thank you Carolina One!!! The upgrades to the home were absolutely lovely!!!

Huge kitchen with lots of appliances and utensils. Two dishwashers and two ovens. Two driveways. Enough room to park ten cars! Two thermostats: one for each floor. Screened-in porch with huge swing was the go-to place. Beautiful home.

We visited SC for my son's destination wedding in Charleston and decided to stay in beach house at Folly Beach. This beautiful well equipped house was ideal for us, kids and grandkids to have fun on the beach. Drive to wedding activities in Charleston was not too far so we're SO glad we opted for this beach house. Room locations and Layout was perfect for several families to spend time right at the beach. We enjoyed watching sunrise on front balcony and sunset on back balcony.

Beautiful home on a quiet section of the beach! We enjoyed the sunrises from the top deck. Plenty of room for our extended family of 10 adults and two children under 5. The newly renovated kitchen is stunning, has a great layout, and is very well equipped. We loved cooking and serving meals together in this beautiful space. The bedrooms were comfortable and allowed privacy for members of our group. Plenty of towels and bed linens. We appreciated having ample parking.

Great house for six couples. Carolina One was polite and responsive to a couple of glitches which were addressed in a timely manner. Loggerhead itself is lovely and feels as if you are visiting a friend. Porches are a wonderful extension to the living spaces, large enough for a big group to gather plus plenty of quiet spots for one or two to simply enjoy the gorgeous beach. Loggerhead is a top shelf rental.

The Loggerhead was amazing for our family (8 adults, 5 children under age 7). The separate living spaces were great, the furnishings were lovely, the supplies provided by Carolina One were more than adequate, and the linens were very nice. There were ample spices and coffee filters in the pantry. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and will definitely rent this property the next time we visit Folly.

We absolutely loved our stay at Loggerhead. The views are breathtakingly beautiful. The house is magnificent, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable! All of our family loved having their own space and their own bathrooms. Also, we throughly enjoyed having two ovens and two dishwashers for meals... they're a real game changer. Having bikes and golf carts gave us full access to the island, and we felt like the house gave us close enough access to town without feeling crowded by people.

This spacious home right on the beach was perfect for a week of enjoying being at the ocean's edge. Our large family had plenty of room for for spending time doing things together as well as for spreading out and not feeling crowded. We really enjoyed being at this house.

Location and size of house is great for our family reunion. We like to bring lots of beach gear and toys and really like that we do not have such a long hike to the beach. During high tide, while hanging in the common areas, it feels like your on the water.
