Welcome to Pure Folly on Folly Beach! Relax in this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, single family home is walking distance to the beach. A few blocks to Center Street and public beach access only a few minute walk.

Wake up and enjoy a nice cup of coffee on either of the fully furnished decks, or spend your time on the swinging bed in the shade on the large screened in porch of the back of the home. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. You'll have everything you need to cook and serve family meals, as well as a charcoal grill provided under the house.

Just down the hall from the kitchen you will find the first two bedrooms. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom, there is a queen sized bed and TV with cable. There are plenty of windows that let in light and plush linen that will make you comfortable through the night. Attached to the master is full master bath with walk-in tiled shower, tub, and beautiful new vanity. Across the hall In bedroom two, there is another queen sized bed. This room is located on the back end of the home with direct access to the screened in back porch. From here you can really catch a nice breeze as you relax after a long day out at the beach. This room does also come with a smart TV which is connected to the homes wireless. On the other side of the hall from these two bedrooms is a full bathroom on the first floor. Walk up the stairs and you will find the 3rd bedroom on your right hand side. This very spacious room has two full size beds. Across the hall from there is the 4th Bedroom. This bedroom has a King sized mattress with tons of extra space. There is a big screen tv in this room that is also connected to cable. Between these two rooms upstairs, is the third full bath. 

Shower off in the outdoor shower after having a fun day playing in the ocean waves and on the beach. Parking for 4 vehicles, 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.

Close to the neighborhood public tennis courts and let the kids run around in the pirate themed playground. Only 4.5 blocks to Center Street, the downtown area of Folly Beach. Try one of our local restaurants offering everything from oceanfront dining, local seafood, sandwich shops, pizza, burgers, high end dining, and more! Wander through the surf shops and then grab an ice cream during your stroll to the Folly Beach Pier. On the Pier, you can get a panoramic view of the island, see what the people fishing off the pier are catching, or get your fishing license and try your luck!

Amenities include full size washing machine and dryer, modern kitchen appliances, central heat and air conditioning, free wifi, $250 beach gear credit, keyless entry, linens, towel sets, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and TVs. A starter amenity kit with travel-sized supplies for bathrooms and the kitchen are provided that guests replenish as they need. 

Pure Folly is a non-smoking property. No pets are allowed. We provide 24-hour on-call staff for maintenance emergencies. No gatherings allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Beach renourishment is expected to begin in March 2024. During this time, areas of the beach may be temporarily closed and/or impacted. Public beach accesses can be found at nearly every block and/or half block up and down the island. We are not responsible for any beach disruptions caused by the renourishment.
