Beach access is only a short 4 minutes’ walk and is located directly across from the Fairway Dunes entrance.

Relax in the spacious master bedroom with king size bed and is equipped with a 40 in cable tv. The master bath is complete with new vanity, counters, custom tile and glass doors. The kid’s bedroom has a wonderful set up with a daybed, Bunk Bed and trundle and access to an open deck overlooking the pool. 32-inch tv with cable. The bath has been fully renovated with new tiled shower, vanity and lighting.

*IOP City will begin Shoal Management Beach Renourishment project starting April 7th and is projected to be completed by the end of May. Crews will use emergency access paths near Wild Dunes Property Owners Beach House. Operation are moving between Seagrove to Dunescrest Ln and from Seascape to Ocean Club. Equipment is expected to run during low-tide only.
