FIRST LEVEL (Entrance): The first level of this home features parking underneath the home and a gate to walk through to the pool area. The backyard features a large in ground pool, spa, chaise loungers, outdoor dining table, and a gas grill. There are multiple outdoor showers for easy clean up after a day at the beach.
SECOND FLOOR: There is a well-stocked kitchen, multiple seating areas, a separate dining room, and large laundry room on this floor. Master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom. Additional room with a queen bed and private bath. The living area opens up to a large back porch overlooking the ocean. Enjoy the ocean breeze and beautiful sunsets from a rocking chair.
THIRD FLOOR: Features three additional bedrooms. Guestroom one features two twin beds. Guestroom two features a queen and two twin beds. These rooms share a full bathroom in the hall. The upstairs Master featuring a King size bed, two twin beds, and access to a private bath. Access to a top floor balcony with Ocean views.
