Creamsicle

I was very pleased with the customer service at Carolina One Realty vacation rentals. They were very responsive when I called and left a VM. I got a call back within minutes- even on a Good Friday holiday. Another huge plus was that linens were included in the rental. The company we rented from previously did not provide linens, so that was an additional charge if I did not bring my own. The home “,Creamcicle,” on Portia Street, was close to the beach and beach access. The home was open and spacious, but did need some repairs. I shared those details with Carolina One on my written survey. All in all, the home was comfortable with all the needed bedrooms, and we could bring our dog. We had a wonderful spring break week, at Edisto Beach, as always. We were happy that Carolina One had homes available to accommodate our last minute reservation!

This was the perfect place to spend time with family that we seldom see. Our West Virginia daughter and her family had a wonderful visit with us. The great room was open and spacious, very inviting for conversation and games. The beds were comfortable, two bedrooms and one bath on each side of the great room was convenient. The kitchen was well equipped but bring a casserole dish, brownie pan and oven mitt.

Very prompt on a Sunday when the water heater did not work. Someone came and replaced it with a new water heater that day!

This year has been very cold, much colder than we expected. And as we mentioned to your Edisto agents our Williamsburg home got hit with a snow blizzard three times. We went back to check on it. Our daughter that lives close to ours told us they were without power for three days too. Luckily we didn't find any damage in our home.
