The top unit features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bonus room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area is spacious and comfortable. Kids can have their own space while lounging around on the twin over full bunk bed. All other bedrooms have a queen-sized bed, with a full-sized bed in the bonus room. There is also a screen porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The ground level unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area has direct access to an outdoor covered patio. This versatile space provides ample room for relaxation and entertainment, whether you're indulging in alfresco dining, enjoying a game of cards, or simply soaking up the warm coastal breeze.

Go into the Folly Beach downtown area, just 0.3 miles away, to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos!

Parking for up to 7 vehicles is free in both driveway areas. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Home is non-smoking. Pet friendly with paid fee of $250 per pet, plus tax. Maximum 2 pets, dogs only allowed. Dogs may not be over 50 pounds. Must be 25 years old or older to rent, no exceptions. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, of 16 guests. Units cannot be rented separately. Property is handled through Carolina One Vacation Rentals and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services.
