Comfort for all with 2 primary, oceanfront bedroom suites, and all 4 bedrooms have private access to their own bathroom. Enjoy the amenities of Summerhouse Villas including a community pool, beach access, outdoor showers, and elevator.
Condo is modern and updated with new flooring, spacious kitchen, wall mounted smart TVs in every room, and recessed, dimmable lighting.
Primary bedroom suite 1 offers panoramic ocean views, a king bed, and large en-suite bathroom with dual vanities. Primary bedroom suite 2, also enjoys oceanfront views, has a King Bed and ensuite full bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and a private bathroom. Bedroom 4 sleeps 4 guests in 2 full beds with access to a private bathroom.
Wild Dunes is a gated community on the Isle of Palms. Enjoy signature golf courses, miles of biking under South Carolina Palm trees, dining options, shops, and beach access. All just 25 minutes from Downtown Charleston where you can explore historical sites, eat at delicious restaurants, browse shops, and more!
All reservations will receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals with VayK Life! *3-21 nights only.
PLEASE NOTE: Parking passes provided for 2 vehicles only. Washer and Dryer available in unit. Linens and towels provided per occupancy. Pool open for swimming April - September. Summerhouse building does have an Elevator. Security camera present over the front exterior door. Non-Smoking. NO pets are allowed. MUST be at least 25 years of age to rent NO exceptions.
FREE Wi-Fi: High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is nonintegral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service.

2026 Beach Restoration Update
The City of Isle of Palms has approved a beach nourishment project planned for Summer-Fall 2026. Although the final schedule has not yet been announced, the work is expected to progress in sections along the shoreline, so any impact to a specific area should be temporary.
We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available and are happy to offer guidance based on your travel dates.
